Pretty disappointed with a recent experience I had. I had placed an order online and had it delivered. I received the wrong sandwich. Not usually a huge deal, but it was a completely different sandwich than what I ordered. After a delivery fee, taxes and a tip, it gets pricey. I called up there to kindly request a refund for just the sandwich due to the fact I was unable to go up there at the moment (reason I got delivery), and I was told that they would issue a refund. After a week with no refund showing, I called back and spoke with a manager. She stated that I have to request a refund from Door Dash? Even though it was not door dashes fault. Big bummer considering I spend a lot of money here as well as my place of work for surgery days. Not usually one to leave a negative review, but this was pretty disappointing. I feel as if they’re pointing the finger at a completely different business so they don’t have to deal with the refund process. The staff is very friendly and helpful, but I’m just confused about their door dash policy.

Paid $3 for pickle spears I didn’t get, my pick 2 meal looks more like a burnt little bite of a sandwich, and the chips for the chicken tortilla soup was meant for a mouse! And 2 of these were $25?? never again.

My food was pretty good, but I was very disappointed at being hung up on when I called as instructed in the online order when. Ms. “Jaiden” answered, i explained I had a pick up order, but when they heard my young child cry…..they hung up on me. (Like i didn’t pay for more order yet…like i wasn’t going to call back.) I only ordered pick up because I had a sick child and didn’t want to have get them outside more then needed. If you guys have reps who don’t like family….with babies….who may cry, then don’t have them answer phone. Let them clean the front all-day! Ms. Jess on the other hand was amazing. She was unfaze by my child cries and literally handed the call and had my order to me within 1 min after the second call. Thank you for you great customer service skill, YOU saved me as a client.

Very expensive for a sandwich shop. Ordered 4 sandwiches and we waited over 20 minutes to receive our order. Lots of staff, but alot more talking and walking around lost. There were several customers commenting on how slow they were.

Potato soup was watery, bland and super hot. Spicy Turkey melt was not bad. I wasn’t wowed by the food. Kinda pricey. It’s a busy place and obviously popular. I’m not sure if I’ll come back.

A few days ago I ordered on ubereats and forgot to put a note saying that I needed extra sour cream, so I called the store and this wonderful (I’m going to assume their gender just by the way they sounded, sorry) girl answered and made sure I had plenty of sour cream in my bag. She was very kind. I didn’t catch her name, but she was amazing. The food was great too!

So the food was great…no complaints there. 4 stars for great-tasting food! They lost a star because they are quite overpriced for the amount of food you get. Be ready to drop a pretty good amount of $$, but if you’re ok with that, then it’s good. Our family personally will not return as we have a large family and the pricing seems out of balance There are other great options where you get a better balanced amount of food for the same price or cheaper…but overall…good experience.

Clean, cozy environment. Staff was polite and we only waited about five minutes for our order even with it being busy at lunch time. The food and tea were delicious!
