I feel for as long as I waited and what I paid for. The food I received appeared not so fresh, like it was sitting there all day and was cold. The customer service could be way better. The Mac & Cheese was okay, but the amount I received only filled half container it was in. The Dr Pepper was good and provides the lone 1 star point.

We ate here this past Friday. It recently opened, so there were thirty to forty cars ahead of us. The service was really fast, as we waited in the drive-thru line for approximately thirty minutes. The menu selections were abundant, and offered different items to try on future visits. Chicken was outstanding, and you have to try the fried pickles. Would recommend.

Was recommended by a friend. We went inside to order. Environment was decent but no one cleaning tables at all. Customer service was somewhat ok. Food presentation was poor. Toast was smashed at the bottom of fries and chicken strips. Flavor was definitely the issue. Chicken was very salty to a point where it’s just to much that out of 7strips we only at 2. The fried mushrooms were good. The portion of Mac and cheese was so small it was not worth the price nor the container. The slim sauce was definitely not something I would try again. We wanted to try the dessert but they were out. First and last time here. Raising Canes is a definite 5 star review for customer service, atmosphere, quality of food, presentation of food, portion sizes, a signature sauce that is something to go back for and not to mention their sweet tea. Definitely not a fan of Slim Chickens.

The parking lot is dangerous with inadequate signage and inability to handle traffic. We saw two near fender benders in 5 minutes. Our chicken tenders were great! Very juicy! The wings were quite dry and we sent them back. The fries were not hot and just meh. I asked for a grilled chicken wrap with no Ranch due to to lactose intolerance (the grilled tenders are dairy free but not the fried and Ranch has dairy also.) But it came with Ranch dressing. The staff was super friendly about exchanging the wrap for a new one. The new buffalo wrap was good – tender grilled chicken, lots of fresh lettuce, and a good spinach wrap. The restaurant was very clean and the tables wiped down well. We sat next to the patio door and it kept slamming shut every time someone went out which was annoying. Just don’t sit by the back door. It needs to be set to have a soft closing. My husband got a shake and said it was thick and tasty. We will try it again but just won’t get the wings.

Ordered online and was given a pick up time for 1hr and 20, minutes later. No problem, I know they’ve just open and are very busy. I got to the restaurant at 7:20, and my order was supposed to be done at 7:30. 30 plus minutes after my order was supposed to be picked up and seeing others that order at the restaurant get their orders before me I ask how much long and was told they do not know. The gentleman who I assumed was the manager did offer me a refund but needed a physical card which I did not have on me and told me I could come back within a certain number of days for a refund but I decided to just wait because I noticed earlier my receipt said “closed” at the top so I didn’t trust that I would be able to get a refund if I came back I told them I would just wait.
