Very disappointed in the food quality here. I ordered take out and got the 12″ French dip sandwich. The sandwich was pretty much smashed. It looks like someone had actually grabbed the sandwich and pulled it tight. Bread was mashed and already pretty tasteless. I ordered and was there within 15 minutes right when the order said it would be ready by, the bread as already soggy. The meat was very fatty and not great, bread wasn’t hard yet but it definitely didn’t taste fresh. Honestly the whole thing tasted like it had been reheated in the microwave when my order came in. Would not recommend this place. This is not the first time we’ve had issues like this at this location.

We were at a church seminar in Caledonia recently and we received boxed lunches from McAlister’s Deli. I am assuming it was from this location. The sub was huge and came with Miss Vickie’s Kettle Chips, a delicious pickle and large homemade cookie. The box also included a packet of mayonnaise and of mustard, silverware and napkin. It was nicely presented. This was the first time I have ever heard of them. Very good!

usually good food but my bread on my sandwich was super hard at 3:30pm is 2-5-26 and i asked for that one to be remade and the guy was going to remake it for us and the girl with dark curly hair in a pony tale put her hand in my plate and grabbed the sandwich’s and threw them away which is fine but touched my other sandwich which was pretty gross to me. we offed to grab my other sandwich but she just snacked it off the plate. i personally think it’s unprofessional to grab food off my okay with no gloves on, quite disappointed and very grossed out. when the remade sandwich came out the bread was basically burnt they toasted it so much prolly mad because i returned the previous sandwich. the potato my wife got was old dry and burnt quite unfortunate. i will only go to the alpine location now.

I’m so sick of the inconsistency at this McAlister’s location. One day it’s good, the next day it’s not, and their always forgetting something in my order. This time also the bread tasted old and hard….and my soup was forgetten in the Pick 2 special…how do you forget the item someone purchases in your special? Terrible….It seems like the team seems to slack later in the evening and that is unacceptable…please get it together! Double check people orders and make sure everything is served fresh…we def can tell when it’s not fresh!

I was in a pinch to get some lunch boxes for an executive lunch at my company. When I called the store Malcom (the general manager) was like an angel sent from the heavens. He helped me get the lunchboxes despite the short notice and the restaurant being extremely busy when I stopped in at lunch to pick them up. Malcom and the staff were patient , understanding and accommodating. Thank you everyone!

It’s rare that I give a place a 5 star review but I didn’t have a reason to give 4 stars. The place was clean, the atmosphere was nice, the food was good, the employees were nice. I wouldn’t mind if it was a little bit cheaper but nothing’s cheap anymore. I’ll definitely be back through. They have a huge menu compared to what I was expecting so I have a lot of things to try. Nice job, guys.

No one at this location knows how to make iced tea there is never enough ice and the bottom half of the tea is always puke warm.
This location is just a disappointment in general compared to the Lansing location. Squished bread and cucumber and tomato are looking pathetic.
