The employee that took my order was very friendly and welcoming. It is when my order arrived that things took a turn. I made the employee aware that I asked for extra cheese and paid for extra cheese. We both agreed it did not look to have said extra cheese. She said she would have it remade. It was brought back to me, before being remade. She told me that the employee that made my sandwich said it had extra cheese on it. She then offered to bring me slices of cheese for me to apply it myself. I asked just to have the sandwich remade. The sandwich that was brought out to me, did not have extra cheese on it. At this point I dealt with it and ate the sandwich. I did not have the time to continue this. I paid for extra cheese, yet did not receive what I paid for.

ToGo order was someone else’s with their name squarely on the inner package and a different one (mine) on the outer package. Mistakes happen – how do they handle it. When I returned an hour later to repick up the food the incorrect package was once again sitting in the Togo pickup I assume for over an hour. I called the manager who had not been informed of the issue. After asking multiple times who my wife had been speaking too a young man spoke up. I asked him what discount he had given he said he would take care of it. Which means none until asked. I mentioned the gravity of how wrong they were with the order they should have delivered the item. He said they had no delivery service. I told him they could use the same third party they use to increase their sales. So how did they handle their mistake? Not at all. This place should not even be considered a restaurant in my opinion.

First time visiting a McAlister’s. Wonderful customer service, plenty of menu options to choose from, and the food comes out fast and fresh. Highly recommend the BBQ Pork Melt, though the Cuban footlong my friend ordered looked and smelled amazing as well. Perfect type of spot to drop in for lunch or dinner!

Ordered 1/2 a Reuben and chili. No Swiss cheese on the Reuben, no sauerkraut on the Reuben and it had a spicy yellow mustard on it instead of thousand island dressing. No crackers for the chili. Next time I am in the mood for a Reuben I will go to a different McCallister’s. The other McCallister’s I’ve been to know how to make a Reuben and have crackers available for soup.

Today was the French Dip and Chips. Something caught my eye because I love it. Carrot Cake! This Carrot Cake was excellent! For basically a sandwich shop it was all good.

March: For the past month or so all orders were cold by the time I got them. I would call a few mins after placing order and sometimes 15 to 20 mins go by before my food comes out. So I tried to counter this issue and go inside to pick up the order and it didn’t help at all. I would watch my food sit for 10 mins before they would bag it up. Also the pic is of the old Mac n cheese they serve.
It is really unfortunate because I was going to this location several times a week since August and the food was always spot on. And if an order took too long or was messed up they would usually throw in a free cookie. Now food is ALWAYS cold and never even a sorry for the wait. Currently looking for a new location near work.
December: Great location I eat here regularly and they rarely mess up the order. And most of the time they are very quick with togo orders! All staff are extremely nice and always helpful.
