Went today and line was around the entire dining room for inside service. About 30 people inside. They catered to the drive through and call in pick up before they took our order. A man called Wendys Corp and it did pick up alittle better, but still very slow. Was worst I’ve ever seen. Why cater to the outside pickups before those who come in to eat. Very poor service and not even a discount for having to wait. No tea and on way out, manager was sitting in the dining room eating while still 20 people in line. Way to go boss…show us you care about us.

Awful experience my stuff was messed I paid a dollar extra for 2 of the frosty for more sauce and the guy put a dab on top because there was some already on top and when I got home I can see better in house and looks bout same for real they should have remade it and gave me what I paid for. Also I tried calling multiple times and no answer because my sandwhich was made wrong. So I pay $45 and get crap experience! Food was barely warm. I’ve been here before and i know it’s hit miss but they usually make it right but it’s definitely went down hill waste of money and time! In pic is baconator suppose to have extra onion extra Mayo no ketchup. Then one of the frosty i paid extra dollar for basically same amount of sauce.

I did not even eat. Wanted to use the bathroom and the women’s was occupied for more than ten minutes. Finally gave up and thought I would use the men’s. Opened the door, turned around and walked out. If the bathroom was that disgusting and customers can see it, how dirty is it behind the scenes. I’m just saying. I left. Sorry clean it up and I may be back.

This is the second Time that I’ve been to this location and Both times my fries have been lukewarm at best and this last time I got a son of baconator and the sandwich was barely warm.
I definitely understand that business can’t get slow sometimes, but it feels like there was just lack of effort in making sure that everything was fresh. Even if I would have been told it might take a minute for everything to come out fresh, I would have waited.
I absolutely will not be returning back to this location unless it’s the last resort.

We came in a large order large family. Amanda took great care of us. She heard us talking about being in separate cars. She took upon herself to separate the orders to meet our needs. As a former restaurant general manager this employee went above and beyond and she was so professional and had a constant smile and great personality.

There are two Wendy’s closer to us, but we always come to this one! The food is always hot correct and the service is outstanding! The fries are always cooked to perfection. A lot of of Places now seem to undercook the Fries.
Their Frosty’s are the best! They’re not runny like some of the other Wendy’s Locations.
The salads are good too. They don’t seem to have a lot of.” Leftover” Pieces in the salad.
