Slowest food experience I have witnessed in a long time. Ordered food online on the way to the store to expedite things as we were on a time crunch. Arrived to the restaurant it was not that busy but no food to be found, this is at our expected pick up time via the online ordering. 15 minister later no food, at this time I have to take my kid to his event so now he has to go without food on his belly until after. This was not a complicated order mind you, 2 sandwiches and 2 kids pizzas. Then to make matters worse this store prides themselves on accuracy and includes zero utensils to eat the potato salad with in the bags. Nope never again.

We ordered a club sandwich online it shows an actual sandwich what u get is the sandwich cut in small triangles held together by toothpicks. I had more wood than sandwich Soup was missing from order called store supposedly spoke to a girl that said she was a manager she said she and another manger made them it was correct that’s how it was done. Said I wanted a refund not holding my breath

I’ve just about had it with this location. The last few mobile orders I’ve made were all canceled by the restaurant. A few weeks ago I made a fairly simple order for delivery about an hour before they closed. The app tells me they had accepted the order and started preparing it, but the status never changed. It just kept pushing the delivery time back until it was an hour after closing. I couldn’t cancel the order so I had to let the app do it’s thing and it eventually canceled it. But no word or message from the store at all explaining what happened. Then today I put in an order and within 5 minutes I got a notification in the app that they had canceled it. I won’t be placing anymore orders with this location.

Got the McAlister’s Club with the potato salad and tea to drink. Their tea is so good and my meal was so full of flavor. I am always happy with the food here and so is my stomach, i’ll never eat at Panera again. Also, I love that there are mostly older people here eating. I will be back.

They play very annoying loud music in the dining area so it’s hard to have a conversation. I asked them to turn it down and they did nothing. This atmosphere ruined our meal. I’ll never recommend this location and I’ll never go back. ZERO STARS!

The food was fresh and I enjoyed my club sandwich but the wait was lengthy even after pre-ordering my food online. The drive thru is pick up order only, you must place orders inside or online. One downside is there’s no way to use gift cards for payment online. They only offer credit card payments and promo codes. The place was relatively packed for 10:30AM on a Sunday. There was a crowd of patrons standing outside right at the entrance and families on the patio.
