Food at McAlister was very good and both my spouse and I enjoyed it. We ate lunch there so we got the Half Sandwich / Half Salad deal and it was perfect for a lunch. They also have baked potato and soup. The place was fairly busy for a late lunch but wasn’t really loud and noisy. The atmosphere was very fast food but clean and inviting. The service was fast and the food came out hot. Essential for a fast food spot. I’ll give them a thumbs up and will probably go back for another roast beef sandwich.

I love this place and have been enough times to finally drop a thought. It’s brand new to Greer and it never seems overly busy. Yesterday we are there and I ordered the potato with butter, cheese, & sour cream. I have only ate this menu item every time I go, I enjoy it that much, but the potato this time was very different. Seemed as if they used a whole block of cheese & I couldn’t stomach so much that I had to scrape it off. I guess next time I’ll ask for light cheese. This was ridiculous. As for the atmosphere, tables are always dirty when I’m in. There is an employee walking around, but not really tending to the tables in a timely manner. We wanted to sit in a specific spot, but couldn’t due to dirty tables.

Paid online and used the window to pick up. The guy servicing the window this Sunday evening was so nice and made my first experience at this location awesome! Food is always great at McAllisters! I go for the potatoes!! I do wish the food came with a drink after spending $13 on a meal, but I’ll keep coming back for the service and potatoes!

Finally tried the new McAlister’s and I’m glad we did. Great food as we’d expect but in a bright new location with a great staff. Very friendly team that was attentive, engaging and very helpful. Watched what I assume was the manager coaching the employees in a positive and constructive manner.

I was disappointed on my first visit. Our order was incorrect. When I explained this to our server he said, I would have to get back in line and place my order. Then he turned and left without a word. (That comment didn’t help with this review.) Also, the Ruben sandwich didn’t have any sauce.

So excited to see this chain come to our neighborhood. The menu and choices are great. The sandwiches are delicious. Unfortunately most carry out orders are either incomplete or mixed up. The points software system is problematic and often fails to register receipts. (so you get messed up orders and don’t even get credit for the purchases) Hope they can turn themselves around and reach their potential. We’re cutting back on our visits due to the disappointing service.

Came in for lunch and had the McCalister Club without ham, and it was delicious. It came with a side and a pickle. Typical lunch time rush, but my order was ready in no time. The atmosphere was good. Customer service was great, and smiles were everywhere. They have a drive thru window, but it is for pickup orders/online only. I’m so happy this deli is on this side of town because I am definitely going to be a frequent customer. Download the app as well for extra goodies!

Most everyone loves McAlisters, what all of your customers hate are tables that rock. Table 218 needs 5 minutes of attention to adjust the feet on the bottom of it so it does not rock. My next visit will tell me and everyone else all.we need to know about the management and ownership of this location. If it and the other tables that rock are fixed it says great things, if they are not, that speaks for itself. Do the right thing and fix your tables so they don’t rock. UPDATE 8/26/23 tables still rock, many of the tables rock. No one must check reviews or even care. Shame, it’s a pretty good place.

We really like McAlister’s! However, every time I order delivery they leave out the pickle, crackers for soup and the mini chocolate chip cookies with kids meals. We’ve done delivery through Doordash twice and through McAlister’s website twice. It’s very convenient and the food is still hot when it gets here!
