I have been to this location many times and haven’t had many issues… but today was completely different. The lettuce on my sandwich looked like it had been sitting for a while. Like.. how do you not see that when you’re putting a sandwich together? I picked it off though and tried to eat my sandwich until I came to hair that was hanging out on the side. I’m a blonde female with long hair… it’s obviously not mine. Anyways, overall bad food experience. Had to throw it away because it immediately made me nauseous (also pregnant so I’m sure that didn’t help).

I’ve been eating here off and on for years and at McAlister’s locations elsewhere for even longer. McAlister’s used to be a great chain but it’s been going downhill since before Covid and this place is no exception. It doesn’t feel like they put much effort into the food anymore and don’t care about quality. My delivery takeout today is an example. I ordered online. My club sandwich has the “spring mix” they use in place of lettuce. The mix is often a little old but today I had straight up nasty brown rotting leaves (see picture). They forgot to put my side in the bag at all. If I could find a decent club sandwich for delivery around here anywhere else I’d quit ordering here permanently.

McAlister’s used to be a great sandwich stop. It had been a few years since I’ve eaten there. Today, very disappointing. Didn’t even make an order. The restaurant was dirty. Floors, walls, tables, and banister tops were dirty. Too many dead flys. No second chances here. I left this place and tried the on on Two Notch. Not much better, but I did get a sandwich. Not like I remembered it to be.

The shift on 08/19/2023 around 1:30pm was rude! Especially the cashier!! She acted like we came in and ruined her day! I swear the way these younger kids talk to people!! SMH!! If you don’t want to work in the Food & Beverage Industry then I suggest you get another kind of job! We didn’t come in being rude to y’all!! I’d appreciate the same kind of courtesy back!! My husband and I are paying customers just like everyone else! I just don’t understand people these days! Work on good customer service!! Or better yet, work on your manners in general!!

Food is always great, service however was poor. Cashier had an attitude and when I asked to make my soup to go she rolled her eyes. It took 30 minutes to get the 1 sandwich I ordered and I had to go to the counter to get it myself. When I asked where my to-go soup was, the girl from the back came around and tossed it on the counter and walked away. It’s sad that people will take your money for a service you are paying for and then be upset that you request the items you paid for.

The food was very good. The service was good and efficient. However, the dining room looked old, tired, and worn out. The restrooms were the worst. Needed cleaning. The stall door was broken. No paper towels or any way to dry hands after washing them. Makes You wonder if employees actually wash their hands!

This is the worst ran McAlister’s I’ve ever been too. I waited in line to order for 20 minutes during lunch rush hour (when most people have an hour long lunch break might I add). During this time, I watched people with to go orders placed online or on the app have to wait just as long while 3 employees (and one I’m assuming to be the manager) ran around behind the counter as if they were clueless and totally lost. A fourth employee was the only one running a register taking orders, but she spent more time on the phone than dealing with the customers in front of her. While I was at the counter waiting on her to get off the phone (for an awkward amount of time), another gentleman walked up to the counter to check on his food because he had been waiting over 45 minutes. It was at that point, I turned around and walked out having never even ordered after 25 minutes. I drove up the road to Panera instead where I was greeted, ordered, and had my food all in less than 10 minutes. This location needs to be retrained in customer service and efficiency out of respect for their customers time and patronage!

I placed an order at this store and they messed it up completely. I spoke with the manager Nae and the GM Runette. Nae was more than accommodating, but Runette was not customer service oriented at all. After driving well over 20 minutes to get the food and find out that it is messed up was very frustrating. They would not even replace the entire order. I will NOT be shopping here again and I suggest you don’t either. They will mess up your food and keep your money without making it right!

The option to be able to order “table side” on the app was definitely nice and convenient. The food was brought to the table and the staff comes around to periodically check on you. The atmosphere is pleasant and the staff is nice. The food was fresh, hot and tasty. I only gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because it took a while to get my food and they made it wrong, so I had to wait while they remade it. Otherwise, it was a great experience.
