This place had AMAZING food, dessert, and customer service. Went with my scout troop on our way back from summer camp and it was delightful. All workers were extremely nice, and as soon as food ran out, before we even realized it ran out, it was replaced with a new plate of pizza. But dear god the bathrooms. That boys bathroom is the most disgusting bathroom i’ve ever stepped in. I felt disgusted. The floors were completely sticky, the tile was chipping and breaking away and covered in dirt and grime. The door didn’t even lock, the stall door didn’t even have a lock, it was just a hole in the door with a slight magnetic pulse. I’m surprised there was even toilet paper and soap. It really feels that the whole budget went into the food and the pay to play game machines outside of it, much less the bathroom. Would definitely recommend to any group of hungry people, as the food is amazing and it’s an all you can eat buffet. Would not recommend as a bathroom stop.

Most of the time, customer service and food are top notch. I ordered take out tonight and came thru twice to get my food. I asked for ranch and was told it would cost $6. This was after I let them know I had waited 40 minutes for my pizza. Frustrating that I couldn’t get some ranch for my time, especially with the fact that I am a frequent customer.

We went for the salad bar and ordered a small pizza to go with our salads. The pizza was loaded. Very pleased. The salad bar was fresh. No complaints there. I felt like they were trying to close early even thought is was only around 7pm. The lemon disappeared from the fountain area and I started feeling like we were in the way of them closing.

It doesn’t matter which Mazzios you go the buffet are terrible. There are never enough pizzas out and what they do put out is stuff no one wants. Hardly ever Canadian bacon, supremes, hamburger or sausage, the main pizza’s tradition. Salad bars are OK.

This is my first time here coming in from alabama and let me just say, customer service was amazing! I was greeted very warmly at the door, the girl at the register was very insightful to the menu and patient with me, even got my price a tad cheaper and offered me a free drink while I wait! Southern hospitality is a joke compared to this! Very very happy with my service this evening and will be back before I leave sallisaw 🙂

Order was lost some where due to old out dated equipment so they said. men’s room stinks had no towels to dry your hands. pizza crust was hard salad bar had wilted lettuce plates were dirty place had a funny smell furniture was sticky and what I really found peculiar was the snail tracks on the carpet under the tables overall bad dining experience
