You sent out a pizza with DoorDash that was hardly cooked. It was heavy as hell like 15 toppings were on it. Smeared with sauce, cheese and pepperoni. Definitely not DoorDash issue but yet that’s who I’m to call. It’s a total mess from not being cooked and all the toppings slid over the crust on the other side of the pizza.

All I can say is WOW, what a pleasant surprise. Don’t judge a book by it’s cover, these guys can make some good pizza. I was skeptical because I had never been, but my wife convinced me to try them. A little pricey but what isn’t these days. Everything tasted fresh, the dough was perfectly cooked, and we will be back many more times I’m sure.

Mazzio’s has a special place in the corner of my nostalgic Oklahoman teenage years. I remember cinnamon sticks dripped with melted butter and a buffet filled with some of the best (and greasiest) thin crust around. Unfortunately, as an adult, this just ain’t that place anymore. The place felt dingy, dirty and disappointing. I went for the lunch buffet on a random Tuesday. There was barely any pizza out and the cinnamon sticks (When finally replenished) were severely undercooked. At some point, you get what you pay for. This just isn’t worth it.

Never actually got to try the food so I’m not sure how to rate it. We ordered a 5 piece wing, salad and a calzone. Waited 40 minutes and found out they still hadn’t even started making our food. Asked how much longer it would be and was told it will be ready when it’s ready. (Supervisor/Manager ) was shuffling around orders in kitchen and yelling at the staff in front of customers. Was a very disturbing situation. Asked for a refund and went across the street to Simple Simon’s Pizza. We ordered a calzone and wings there, and they had our food ready in 15 minutes!

My elderly mother and I had a lovely lunch at this location. The pizza on the buffet was fresh and tasty and the customer service was excellent. The manager, Glenn, was very kind, professional, and helpful. He checked on us several times and even helped my mom to the door. While the food was very good, Glenn’s kindness and charm made the meal even better.

Very disappointed in the service. Ordered a family meal plus 1 salad bar & 1 extra med supreme pizza. Took forever. Supreme didn’t come. Said I didn’t order it. Drinks used to be $1 on Sundays. Went up to $2.50. I know they were short handed. But the guy that took my order was very short with us.

It’s an okay pizza buffet place. It’s a company investment that’s not being invested in by the owner operator. The food is good, but they’re completely understaffed so it always looks empty on the pizza side. Employees are very friendly. It looks like the place where lunch goes to die, but has good food.

Longtime fan, customer no more. Was pretty much done when I saw the brown, empty salad bar at 5:50. Was more so when I noticed the lack of cleaning of the booth and seating I chose. Kinda picky but seems I went in blind. Then came watching one particular staff delivering fresh pizza to certain I’m assuming REGULAR CUSTOMERS with a spatula that was then placed on customers “USED” plates and then placing the remaining pizza and SAME delivery device on the Tuesday Night buffet. The good thing was she put the used spatula under either that particular pizza or another one on the buffet. Depending upon how you feel about the potential for numerous infectious diseases that could be present. Video evidence shows that the acts did indeed occur. If I worked for the Benton County Health Department I’d have intervened immediately, instead I immediately stopped eating, left the building and called a friend with the above mentioned department. Good luck and Godspeed with your dining choices, I myself will no longer take the risk. I will say all the staff we exceptionally nice but I mean nothing nefarious but this post. But if you’re on chemo and have a serious illness I’d give it a second thought. A under $20 for two pizza buffet isn’t bad, Mazzios is great pizza and usually I’d trust em, but after witnessing what I did tonight wouldn’t try it on a bet if it was free. But that’s just me, one opinion.

My kids and I came in on Sunday to eat. We got the salad bar and ordered a calzone and a kids meal. The salad bar you can tell was sitting for a while or at least it was as if it aged. The food was not fresh. The tables were dirty and there wasn’t many people there. The chairs are wobbly and this place needs a really good scrub down. Where the dessert food was, is disgusting. Someone needs to manage this place.

I’ve never had issues with the buffet, delivery or carryout. I actually enjoy this pizza and it’s fresh. Definitely no complaints but if they decide to start acting up after I leave this nice review then ya will be the first to know!!
