First time here, loved it. Great atmosphere, cute sit up, doesn’t look like much from the outside, in a little strip mall. Food was really good, we had fried pork egg rolls for an appetizer, so good, and the dipping sauce it came with was wonderful. I had lasagna that came with a piece of garlic bread , very good, meaty and cheesy, husband had seafood stuffed cod, was a nice piece of cod ontop of stuffing on top of mashed potatoes , stuffing had small shrimps i it, he really enjoyed it but felt that it would be better with the stuffing on top and broiled a bit to make the stuffing crusty, it kind of mushed in with the mashed potatoes. Drinks were very good, huge drink menu!!! Waitstaff was really nice and friendly. Bathrooms clean and well decorated, lots of cute signs . We really enjoyed it and will be back when we are in the area. $107.00 which included 4 mixed drinks. Pretty inexpensive these days.

Phenomenal food, but most notably is the redesigned interior. Owner Juston should be an interior designer because he has created these little nook seating areas that make what can be a loud restaurant into a very quiet, and private feeling mini dining room. If you haven’t checked it out yet since it’s changed ownership, give it a try. World of difference

If you are looking for a warm, inviting, comfortable, friendly spot for dinner, look no further! Starting from the hostess seating us in a roomy booth, to our server(Olivia) making spot on cocktail and meal suggestions, to allowing us to finish our appetizers before serving the meals, to finishing with some excellent after dinner drinks, The Mayflower Tavern more than exceeded our expectations. The calamari was not your run of the mill fried calamari! It was accompanied with banana peppers, onions and chouriço – amazing. The Chicken Cordon Bleu was a dinner special recommended by Olivia, and she wasn’t wrong. The ShrimpSkewers Tacos were also excellent. And as can be seen in the pics, portions are more than ample. Great food and friendly staff all added up to a wonderful night out with great friends. I can’t wait to go back!

I ordered steak tips medium. The plate came to me with a cheap piece of steak cut into cubes and it was done very well. They were not steak tips and I was charged 25.00. My husband got the country fried chicken and he enjoyed it. I also had a cup of chowder and it was nondescript. My husband got a Ceaser salad he said it was fine. There was only a hand full of patrons at the restaurant at 7:00pm on a Friday night. I don’t think the restaurant will survive the winter and that’s unfortunate.

*EDIT* This review was for the previous establishment, crazy that google just pushes them onto the new restaurant. Haven’t been to the new place, all the food we loved is gone off the menu.

The grilled cheese bacon burger is to die for! It is about 3-4 inches thick and is delicious!! The fries that come with it are out of this world!!!!!!! They are the best fries I’ve ever tasted!!! We also tried the country fried chicken and the big arse pretzel. The mustard dip that comes with the pretzel is delicious! The country fried chicken was so tender and juicy as well as delicious. Loved it all!!!!

Wow! It’s very rare I give a place 5 stars, as you can see by my reviews, but Flynn’s is the total package. The first time we dined was for breakfast and we were very impressed. The second time was for dinner and then I was sold. Amazing quality food. Great prices. Good location. Good service. Lots of great beers on tap. The BEST Burger bar by far.

EDIT: This place has since changed from Flynn’s to Mayflower Tavern. Thus, most of the menu options I’ve listed no longer exist as they’ve switched to a “Build Your Own Burger” System. It pains me to say, but the food hasn’t been quite as good since the rebrand. It’s definitely still a restaurant with good atmosphere and their food is still plenty good, and I still tend to enjoy my visits. However, I miss the named burgers as it makes it harder to recommend and remember things by name and I *especially* miss their old fries. They’ve switched to more generic fries which aren’t nearly as crisp. Also they used to have a sandwich called “Grilled Supreme” which was a Grilled Cheese with pulled pork. It’s since been renamed to the “Pulled Pork Sandwich,” which ironically seems to contain less pulled pork than the previous version. All that said, I would still recommend this place. Still good food and still exceptional service.

The closed Irish Flynn’s restaurant is now Mayflower Tavern. It was very busy, but we sat up at their bar. We enjoyed ourselves. The food was great. Lots of big screen TVs.

Nice service, but the chimchurri chicken was too dry, some parts were over cooked, some parts were undercooked, and it was missing the chimchurri sauce. I hate being wasteful, but unfortunately it wasn’t edible.
