Food looked good at first, but upon dinning my fish was over cooked, rubbery and some pieces uncooked . My okra tasted good for a few pieces and then the rest turned out to be uncooked. The bread was good and I didn’t even want to try the cole slaw. The service was okay but I was definitely glad me and my wife’s food was under 50 bucks. I do not recommend dinning here , but maybe your experience will be better than mines.

We are from Florida, visiting in area. Stopped at mayflower yesterday & were thrilled with the entire experience. We were welcomed with friendly smiles & big hello. Then we spot popcorn shrimp special for $7.99 & both decided to give it a try…..heaping plate full of popcorn shrimp, tender & perfect. Their cakes looked amazing but we could barely finish 1/2 of our meal, sooooo. Such pleasant staff and so helpful. Could not have been better!

Great meal, there were 4 of us, Autumn was our server, she was great, came to check on us several times.the fish was cooked just right, the baked potato was great. Since the food was very good, the 5 stars always applies to them as well.will go back there again.

Been coming here for years now. Love the Alfredo with extra sauce and the fried shrimp. Love the white fish also. . . Jordan is my waiter every time I come here I believe. He’s awesome. Stays on top of his tables and makes sure your always well taken care of. Jordan you are just so sweet. You do a great job! See you next time we come!

Crab – shrimp dip was very good, but not enough pita slices for the size served. Catfish, sea scallops, and jumbo shrimp good. Breading heavier than on some Calabash style cooking. Catfish was excellent. Shrimp and scallops slightly overcooked but good. Service good and order delivered reasonably fast.Sweet tea moderately strong and sweet. Enjoyed it.

Can’t say enough about how good my meal was at Mayflower! I had fried flounder, popcorn shrimp & oysters. All seasoned & cooked just right. The service was wonderful as they had to accommodate 7 of us. Great place to eat!

Walking to the bathroom , there was a strong smelly odor. I had to ask for my condiments multiple times. I got to the car and still didn’t have my butter. My plate came with hush puppies and they were old and hard. I also ordered an extra side , they were fresh so I’m not sure why the ones on my plate was like that.
