Stopped by Mawita for an after dinner drink, the restaurant is right in the heart of Snowmass Village and very lively. We will definitely be back to try the food. The restaurant inside and out is beautiful.

We just had dinner on Thursday afternoon. The photo session was happening at that time at the restaurant & we became a part of it. We had wonderful time, drinks on the house. Thank you! Staff was friendly & attentive. We had nachos & tortillas soup. It was delicious! Whenever you are there, you have to try both. We have arrived too early for a dinner menu so we waited outside with drinks & appetizers. Sun was out, drinks colorful. Then we went inside to order & the food was ok. The ambiance of the place is amazing! Thank you for becoming a part of our memories of Snowmass ski trip of 2023!

The service was exceptional, fine dining food Mexican food was delicious I had the delightful tortilla soup and pork belly tacos it’s one of the best tacos I ever had in my life the staff was so friendly I really recommend!

Love this place! They have amazing vegan options! The Mole Verde was definitely my favorite. Filling and delicious. The veggie tacos were delicious too, just not quite as filling. Make sure to get the guac (2 out if 3 are vegan so make sure to skip the one with bacon) and the plantains (sauce on the side). I’ve really been missing plantains as there was nowhere around to get them. They are amazing and really hit the spot!

Server was wonderful, atmosphere was beautiful. However, the food was a significant disappointment. My group of 3 spent over $200 on watered down margaritas that took 10 minutes to get on a slow day, flubby pieces of fat “pork belly” tacos, stale chips and cheese, and old gross shrimp tacos. I know the location requires a higher food charge but I could have gotten a better dinner for $10 on Colfax.

Overpriced and underwhelming. Flavorless food and very inattentive wait staff. We sat at the bar and with 2 tables filled in the place you’d expect after having 3 dishes sent over they’d provide plates and silverware, napkins, standard fare. Disappointing.
