Me and my friend have came to this location on numerous occasions over the past year. And every single time we eat in. Only issue is that the soda machine inside has not been dispensing soda that tastes right every single time I’ve been there for the past year. The Sprite tastes off, the Dr. Pepper tastes super watery, the coke doesn’t taste like Coke.

We went during dinner rush and they were very busy with drive thru and online orders. Our order got lost in the mix but Blake was super helpful in getting it figured out. The food was good and everyone was happy with it! The staff were all super friendly despite how overwhelmed they were. I think we forget everyone is human and things happen.

How exactly do people mess up online orders? I mean every detail is on a computer. As I arrived at the drive through the individual on the intercom confirmed my name and order. But somehow in the 24 seconds it took to drive to the window they managed to forget/lose my order. They then asked me to park and they would “be right out” 14 minutes later I was on my way home where I discovered an incorrect order. Minimum wage is too much for some people.

The morning crew absolutely misses items every time. The night crew is way better. I’ve paid several times for items and had to go back to the store. They never answer the phone so you have to drive back to the store. Obviously I sit there now and look at everything. This morning I ordered a coupon. 2 breakfast sandwiches, the circle potatoes and a coffee. Literally only got 2 sandwiches and my coffee. No potatoes. Like I said the morning crew almost every single time.

I keep hoping this Burger King will straighten up and serve customers like they deserve to be treated. The other Burger King closed just down the street and wish they had closed this one instead as the other one gave great service. The food is different here. Every day the food is cold and rarely hot the next. Most of the time the frozen drink machine is not working and the coupon app. won’t work. They don’t care but want my money. One guy told me to have the app. ready in my phone before driving thru. Another time my order was not correct or the drink was 90 percent ice, no cup holders, forgot the condiments, the chicken fries were cold and hard, no receipt when I am sharing the cost, etc. Don’t waste your time here. Always a terrible experience and they don’t really care. Believe me! Don’t spend your money here.

So bummed to change my review from 5 stars to 1. The order was wrong through the drive-thru, so my husband went in to get the correct sandwich and not only were they super rude to him, THEY STILL GOT THE ORDER WRONG!!! It was supposed to be a bacon Swiss whopper. First they gave a whopper Jr. Then they gave him a chicken sandwich. I tried calling the store, nothing. You call corporate, can’t talk to anyone! Then I go online and it won’t accept my complaint b/c it said my e-mail was invalid!! How do you even leave a complaint with these people??!! No one to hold anyone accountable for wrong orders and my husband was treated like he was the one who did something on when he ATTEMPTED to get my order. Horrible!! If y’all want to save a customer, you might want to reply to this with a number I can talk to someone on!! Bummer. It was my favorite go to right by my house! Now I have to go to McDonald’s??!!

Worst Burger King I have been to by far. I had to wait 10 minutes just to order as the person taking my order told me to wait and got my order wrong as well. When I got my food and took a bite the texture was disgusting. There was black and pink pieces of meat in multiple pieces of chicken. On top of that the chicken tasted off and had a rubbery/squishy texture. I recommend never going to this Burger King as every other Burger King I’ve been to has never been this bad.
