The Cincinattian had a large delay getting us checked in because of a worldwide technical issue that was no fault of their own. However, for our troubles they sent over to the bar for a free drink. Our server/ bartender, Chris was absolutely amazing! He was friendly and very accommodating. He made a special drink for us that was so good that we had to come back for some more. The bar was unique, classy, relaxed and fun. The couches were super comfy. Highly recommend!

What a pleasant surprise. Great food and a wonderful atmosphere, but what truly made the experience special was Chris. He checked in on us several times to make sure everything was cooked to our liking. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you for making our stay in Cincinnati even better.

We stayed at the Cincinnatian for our son’s wedding and each night ended at Maverick’s Restobar with Chris, Faith, and Roxy serving up amazing cocktails and even better customer service! Chris in particular shared in our joyful occasion and added to the fun. Thanks to each of you but especially to Chris for wrapping up each evening for us with great cocktails and laughs! Will definitely be back the next time we’re in Cincinnati!

Chris, the bartender is without a doubt one of the best mixologists that I have ever had the privilege to be served by. He creates the vibe that makes you want to stay and enjoy the amazing cocktails that he creates with passion !

Really nice bartender. I liked him a lot. It was a good crowed, but not crowded. There is shuffleboard and the game was on.

Came to the Cincinnatian Hotel for friend’s son’s wedding. We ended up each night at the Maverick Restobar. Chris, Faith, and Roxy were amazing, serving great drinks. They added to the fun of the evening!

The internet information about this restaurant is at least 2 years old. The menu is just substandard lunch and nothing to write home about. Service was ok (Tenisha)but nothing was done about several issues where items were sub standard that to what was printed and purported on the menu… and our bill was 112$. No manager ever came out to the table.
Maverick burger was delivered in a slider size, truffle aioli on over salted crispy potatoes was tarter sauce, ordered a salad and got French fries, $17 pulled pork nachos were served in a bowl (Um, no, a plate with layers of items so you get delish in every bite), with the bottom of the bag crumbs and very little toppings.
Earlier we were came from the Joe Burrow tailgate where we had lovely culinary treats. We happen to be from a very diverse Athens Ohio foodie scene. We have expectations that the food we’re pay top dollar for lives up to the descriptions and the hype on the internet reviews. Mavericks was disappointing at best, over priced and under performing. Won’t be back!

Such a lovely spot!! Love the atmosphere. A must visit when I am in town. Chris is the best and the raspberry smash is AMAZING.

The best thing about this “restobar” was the bartender. He was very attentive and friendly. He got my drinks promptly and food was delivered fast. The food wasn’t that great however. I got the grilled chicken sandwich and it tasted weird and the chicken was gross. The fries were overcooked. I would never eat there again. It’s a shame because it was cute inside and the staff were nice.
