No frills atmosphere but the food is the star. The beef ribs are outstanding and a must try 100% . Kalbi was solid. I like the idea of the steak but was cooked well done. Dole whip is also available. A young man who has worked 2x we were there at the front was really great also. Will be back.

I’ve been going to the Anaheim one for a while and now this HB location as well. When the HB location opened, it was great. Great food, great portions, great price. One combo can feed 2 easily. NOW, combos have become smaller and more expensive. Great food, BUT not sure what happened. Even the condiments have been reduced. I received one teriyaki but no hot sauce. I really want to come back but not like this. I think I paid too much for this combo. There are other island food places and this one had the others beat but not anymore. Will be going to other places.

I got the beef ribs called Sam’s plate which is beef ribs they’re not super beefy but they’re really good especially for the money. My girlfriend got the combo kalbi ribs with chicken teriyaki unfortunately the chicken was very dry

Delicious Hawaiian bbq. Order at the counter and they bring it to you. The food is made fresh to order so it takes a little bit, but its worth the wait. Fresh and tasty. Good place for lunch or for take out.

My first time ordering was last night through doordash. I ordered the #6 teriyaki chicken & Kalbi rib combo. At first sight it looked appetizing but the chicken was dry, tasting like refrigated days old then warm up. The ribs had alot of fat but tasty with the matiki sauce. Rice was nice and fluffy and the macaroni salad was decent. But Sorry to say but I won’t eat it again. I felt everyything should of been tating fresh for $17.00.
