The greeter was nice. Our waitress was great. My husband and I decided to try the new restaurant for our date night. He had the country fried steak with fries and Mac and cheese. I got the Mason jar burger with fries. We both had fruit tea. I also ordered sprite but they were out at the moment. They were also out of okra and sweet potato fries. Neither of us cared for the fruit tea much, it was bitter. I tried my husband’s food, and didn’t care for his. The burger tasted good, a little on the greasy side, but still good. The housemade ranch was amazing, my favorite kind of ranch!

Mason Jar Cafe is such a great little restaurant! The food is just too notch. It is a small place to go get authentic food in a relaxed atmosphere. If you have to wait a bit, just relax and enjoy the sweet tea. It will be worth it!

Came by to see the new location on the square and this is the place to go in Centerville! Food was outstanding for our whole family! The owner, Kate, is awesome! Our server Kailyn took great care of us!

The staff are super friendly and quick as bunnies, my glass of tea never got close to the bottom. The daily special was a big hit with our party of six, and the plates were on the table quickly after ordering. I’ll be back next time I’m in town.

Nice variety of foods on the menu. I had the pork chops, broccoli, mashed potatoes and Texas toast. Excellent service and great food! A delicious slice of pecan pie and a scoop of ice cream finished things off!

Based on my first visit, the second wasn’t as good as I was hoping for. Considering it wasn’t too busy, the service was a bit slow, I believe the server was new on the job, so I can overlook that. I still think it’s better than their competition. 😉
