I have to say I am really disappointed. I ate here about a year ago and the food was so delicious. The steak was dry, chewy, and over cooked. The shrimp was not properly cleaned with the intestine line still there. The rice was very dry. The lettuce in the salad was brown and old. I don’t know why restaurant quality goes downhill at some point in London.

After questionable mixed reviews we thought let’s give it a chance!
We were greeted at the door and was seated within 1 minute, our server was very knowledgeable and honest and friendly.
The food arrived in a reasonable amount of time and was tasty and fresh. My wife is a sushi lover and said the quality was there,color was good and the fish tasted great..
We had a great experience and will definitely be going back.

In my eyes they can do no wrong. I’ve ordered dish after dish trying something new every visit and love the variety and quality. The atmosphere is great with a feel like you can stay a while or just pop in for lunch. They have multiple hibachi stations and the staff is really talented with the presentation. The food just hits the spot. You’ve got to try it. 10/10 recommendations

A big shoutout to the sweetest owner and workers. My sister and brothers and I had our Christmas get together Sunday evening. There was about 14 of us and they arranged the tables so we could all be facing each other. I was so impressed by their caring gesture and the food was hot and absolutely delicious. We never had to ask for anything. Highly recommend

This place has got to be doomed for failure soon. Every restaurant in that shopping center is PACKED with people out the door, while this one was empty on this Saturday afternoon.
I will never understand why there is no pride in their craft, their reputation, or their food.
The driest chicken I’ve ever had, dry rice, the shrimp was so overcooked it was almost jerky, and what would have been my favorite part.. the clear soup.. it tasted (as my husband pointed out) like dirty sink water. I’m so sad about that because I crave this soup often, but I will not ever put myself through eating food from here ever again.
Also, it was $8 for 5 small pieces of a sushi roll, and Kroger makes better sushi for cheaper.
$4 for a small handful of brown lettuce and a ramekin of their awful rendition of a famous dressing.
Ultimately, they lack customer service, take zero pride in the food they make, and are essentially just taking up good real estate in a prime location that could be used to provide a desirable place for people to enjoy.
Overpriced and overcooked. Surely their profits tell the tale of their efforts.. extremely low.

Right out of the gate, our server was rude and treated us like a major inconvenience. We ordered Shrimp Tempura (what we got was deep fried garbage) and a Rainbow Roll that they sat down in front of us and we immediately sent back. It looked like it had been prepared on the back counter for days just in case someone ordered it. Hard pass on the botulism risk. The hibachi steak and shrimp was actually good and our cook was nice, no issues there. But the server and her attitude combined with the appetizer and sushi roll made for an experience we will not repeat. We tried to stay closer to home but next time we will just drive the extra miles to Malones. Disappointed.

First time trying tonight. Thought the food and experience was over the top. Service was good also refills right on time and explained everything because it was our first time. I gotta say I thought the prices were a little high but not to bad. But didn’t agree with the 18% tip automatically added to bill. I would’ve tipped generously just because of food and service. But feels like when I restaurant does this there customer service kinda goes down hill. Because they know there getting the tip no matter how they treat the customer. But over great place and will definitely be returning.

Hands down the absolute Worst service ever in a restaurant. I have been in the business for over 30 years and I’m absolutely speechless at the experience I just had. To say that the waitress was miserable would be an understatement…I mean, I know you never know what someone is going through but good lord I can’t remember the last time I was treated with such absolute contempt…
The food was just okay, we sent back a Rainbow Roll that looked like it was prepared in 1972 and saved for just this occasion. I wouldn’t even let anyone at the table try it.

Hibachi- Great food, fun environment. Family friendly with treats for the kids. Shellfish allergy aware. They will even do the Birthday song with with cake! Alot of parking & wheelchair access. If you have a party of 6 or more they will add the gratuity to the bill. We had a great time. I would recommend them to everyone!
