We usually go to the Long Beach location. This time we wanted to try the original location in Lido Beach. Same great ice cream paired with great service. Even when the line was long, it quickly dissipated. I got my favorite, mint. The sprinkles fit in nicely for 4th of July weekend. There is parking around the building and in the adjacent residential street. Just be careful and watch out for people walking in the lot. Not everyone pays attention.

8 flavors of soft serve, plus other ice cream products like IC sandwiches (got chocolate, $5). Have been to a Marvel location in Queens so I’ve had the flavor I picked, coffee/dulce de leche twist. $5 for a small cone, which was a good enough size. There’s parking.

First time at this establishment. It was a very pleasant experience. The wait wasn’t long at all, smiling welcoming staff and the menu wasn’t overwhelming like other places I’ve been to. When you think simple pleasure on a random day, this is it. Would recommend and gladly return.

just had my first and last Marvel of the summer! Have been coming here for decades and it’s always been delicious. But each time I go I get the exact same thing and it’s always smaller in size and larger in price. Tonight my ice cream was so comically small I just had to take the L and I’ll keep it pushing on over to Carvel next time. First photo is the tiny dollop of ice cream they gave me tonight, second photo is the exact same order summer 2024. And no I hadn’t eaten any of it yet and no it wasn’t melting it’s 58° rn.

Delicious soft serve ice cream and frozen yogurt. Obviously the ice cream is more decadent (big fan of the vanilla even better than Carvel) but their froyo is good too.

Best spot for ice cream in Long Island. Growing up in the area my whole life, this establishment is a staple when you think about summer in Long Beach. Parking lot is rather small and can get hectic at times. Try the Marvel mix on as a topping – you won’t be disappointed!

Not a fan. It’s normally jam packed, but the people on line there are more often than not obnoxious and utterly rude. The lines are confusing and people just push their way ahead of others out of turn. The place has a decent variety of soft-serve, the ice cream is good… but a large cone was half full and cost $7. You’re better off going to the arvel with a C to get more bang for your buck. The waffle cone was really fresh and tasted good as well. Meh.

The best soft serve ice cream I have had in my life. But I’m not admitting my age to let you know how long that’s been. During busy times be prepared to be patient with the parking lot. Also be respectful of other people coming in and don’t stay in the parking lot longer than you have to. Signs posted say 15 minute max.

Been coming here for years and every revisit is a reminder of how special this ice cream really is. I got the Coffee/ Dulce de Lecce twist with Marvel mix in a Waffle cone. This is a journey of an ice cream cone as it’s massive but worth every bite. Prices have stayed fair over the years too which is very nice. This ice cream holds so well and rarely drips making it easy to eat in the heat.
