Stopped in for a quick dinner. Pop ordered a Dave’s single burger, I, a large chili. The order was prepared in a timely fashion to be received.
Pop enjoyed his burger due to it being fixed fresh once ordered. The chili I had was hot and good. I received a couple of saltines and two chili sauces to add to the chili. The sauces made the chili more spicy, just the way I like it.
The staff at this location are courteous and polite. Being able to order, receive the food order promptly to eat, fulfilled our needs for a quick bite before heading home for the evening. Good job Wendy’s staff! Thank you for the pleasant experience.
Only grip I have is a previous customer dropped/spilled a good amount of fries on the floor. An able customer, with ethics, might have cleaned up the mess, but elected to leave the fries strown on the floor. Wendy’s staff was probably unaware of this, but could have seen it by walking out on the floor to check the sitting area for cleanliness, knowing such accidents occur from time to time. I too, could have alerted the staff, which I usually do when I see such an issue, but my attention was on my elderly father when we were leaving and the staff was busy with other customers.

Pop and I stopped in for Wendy’s hot Chili on this cool fall night. Wow!
Upon reaching the door to enter, an employee was there to greet us, holding the door open for my Pop and I since my Pop uses a walker to get around. That was special. I know this is not customery, particularly when any food place can at anytime be busy with other customers and duties. We greatly appreciated the kindness.
Ordering was simple, time wise, as well as receiving our selected food order. We dined in to eat our meal and boy was that chili good and warm! The flavor and portion we received was worth every penny! Crackers and a special chili sauce came with the meal to make it complete. We will visit again when we have a chill in the air for that special chili!

So I ordered a nugget meal and asked for the food to be crispy/fresh. The cashier acknowledged this at the window. The cooks in the back can be heard cussing and shouting because I asked for fresh food. This Wendys is known to serve cold,old,and Ill-prepared food. So of course I asked for fresh/crispy food. The workers here always have attitudes no matter what time you come here. They also only gave me 7 nuggets when I ordered 10. If you value your money, tine, and energy don’t go here. Smh

There was an incident at this store in the plaza at around 9:30a where someone slipped on water by the door. No incident report was written.. nor apology! The guy was water pressuring the windows and water was coming inside . There were no mats just a caution sign on the side of the door!! Do better!!

The young girl was not attentive at the drive-thru. I also had to repeat my order and she had an attitude. When I pulled to the window she was on her phone not paying attention. The food was bland and lukewarm, which explains why I was waiting a while to get my order

The ketchup dispensers were not refilled, their soda machine had no ice, it took the employees an obscenely long time to get through orders, which meant it took them a long time before I got my food. Lastly, their kitchen area smelled exactly like marijuana so you know what they were doing back there. This is the final straw. I will not be coming back

2/23/2021 The girl taking my order through the intercom was less then enthusiastic. when I got to the window to pay this cashier was so nice and that’s about all the nice that came out of the trip. The lady that threw my food at me (from her uniform looked like a manager) was less then pleasant. I thanked her for my meal and she closed the window before even making eye contact or responding. The amount of fries I got looked like a kids meal. The fries were cold and not cooked all the way and the spicy chicken sandwich I got had a weird texture. And a wet soggy spot on the end of it.

Don’t go here at night I heard they were bad but I always give things a chance but sure enough they were bad. I asked for some ranch and he told me they can’t give me one unless I ordered nuggets. I still don’t believe that’s real because as I told him every other Wendy’s gives me ranch for my fries and chicken sandwich. I’m alrdy spending 10$ when it used to be six. I was over it but then they forgot my fries so I had to go all the way back through drive through I was STILL trying to be chill about it even though they already wasted a bunch of my time and I was already frustrated he wouldn’t give me one measly ranch but then I asked for napkins and can you believe it he said he ran out… what kind of place is this?? open but doesn’t have napkins dude was also talking to me like I was an inconvenience to him. On Tuesday, September 2, I had a very poor experience at Wendy’s due to unacceptable customer service and lack of management. Employees were on their phones instead of following proper food prep procedures, and the manager allowed these violations without correction. My order was served cold and not fresh, contradicting Wendy’s standards. Several staff members appeared unpolished in visibly dirty uniforms. This reflects poorly on the brand and demands urgent corrective action.
