I usually love this location, but today was a huge disappointment. Biscuits were overcooked and tough. I ended up taking them apart and eating the parts separately. The chicken had so much grease on it I could of used it in a body building competition to oil up. The Cashier held onto my card forever and acted like I wasn’t even there. At one point she looked out the window, but I may as well have been invisible. Finally she says, “oh.. here’s your receipt” No thanks or why it took so long to give me my card back…

The food is always good at any martins restaurant just about I have grown to love them throughout my years on this earth lol. They have the best breakfast sandwiches and biscuits. My biscuit today was great and my favorite is the bacon egg and cheese! If you get a large be prepared to have leftovers for later unless you have a big appetite!

Place keeps opening later and later. Week ago they started opening at 6:30 instead of 6 (as posted on a handwritten sign on the order screen), and today I came by at 6:45 and all the employees were outside smoking together. Not wanting to inconvenience them, I chose to go somewhere else. The lights on the building weren’t on… Super disappointing that it feels like there are no reliable breakfast options in Cartersville. Avoid this Martins if you care about punctuality.

“Fresh Tastes Best”. It’s good if it’s busy and they’re cycling their product. If I go when it’s slow, the QC goes out the door and I get horrible biscuits and other stuff that obviously should have been thrown out at least an hour ago.

I own Northstar locksmiths and on any given morning you can find one of our vans in line at a Martins yes. Great place to have breakfast and then I tried their burgers….. Those things are nothing short of amazing.

This place is an absolute joke and the 5 star reviews have to be from corporate or employees trying to boost the score. You can expect each car in the drive thru to take a MINIMUM of 10 minutes. I don’t understand how they do enough volume to stay open. This is the worst Martins, the other in Cartersville isn’t much better. Either pay people enough to work or close it
