Marshall’s is one of the top-rated restaurants in St. Kitts. Now, I tend to be a bit skeptical of ratings of restaurants with great views.

During our stay in St. Kitts, we couldn’t help but go to Marshall’s twice. Their pasta and seafood entrees were perfect, and we were blown away with each dish. The service was also exceptional, with Marshall- the owner, present and assisting his staff, creating a warm environment. We had the pleasure of talking with Marshall briefly, and it is obvious that he truly loves what he does and cares about his customers and staff. We hope to be back for a third time soon. Thank you for the hospitality and amazing food!

Went to Marshall’s based on recommendation from another guest at our resort. The food was delicious! Best lobster bisque. We had scallops and shrimp in a lobster cream sauce. Pricing is higher end but we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Our server Debbie was attentive and friendly.

Was very disappointed. Very small portions & not great cuts of steak. Just expected more from the most expensive surf & turf item on the menu. Best part of the restaurant is the sunset view.

We went here on Christmas Eve based on overwhelming recommendations and unfortunately were hugely disappointed. I was genuinely shocked especially after seeing so many positive reviews on Facebook.
Before we even arrived they did not have our reservation in their system and I had to show them the confirmation email to prove it was booked. The atmosphere was honestly the best part of the experience.
Service was slow despite there being only a few tables occupied at the time of our reservation. Three of us ordered filet. One ordered it medium but it came out well done. All three steaks were tough and chewy which is not what you expect from a filet. My husband ordered grouper but it was substituted with mahi without anyone informing him.
We also had trouble paying the bill. We tried three times to give the server our credit card and each time she said just a minute I will be back before leaving again. Overall the service was not up to par and the food did not meet expectations.

Marshall’s is a fantastic choice for fine dining. The staff is attentive and professional, and Mr. Marshall himself is often present to personally greet guests, adding a warm, welcoming touch. The ambiance is elegant and exudes a serene, sophisticated vibe. I highly recommend it for special occasions or a memorable night out.

The food was delicious! They had a separate menus for wine, cocktails, and dessert, so you know you’ll always find something you will enjoy! The service was outstanding. There was a server for each “specialty” if you will. One person came just for cocktails, then another for your meals, and then others came around just to make sure everything was to your liking and to see if you needed refills or dessert. But don’t get me wrong, it was never at the wrong moment, they knew exactly when to arrive and check on you. The seafood was excellent, and the steak was cooked a perfect medium rare
I would definitely eat at this establishment again because not only was the food and service amazing, but the restaurant sits atop a hill and looks over the water with panoramic views of the ocean with open air windows.

Lovely culinary experience with an amazing atmosphere. We were even able to see monkeys in their natural habitat from our seats. Extensive cocktail menu!! Delicious food and beautiful sunset views! Highly recommend!

You definitely want to go to this lovely restaurant. The chef/owner is on-site and you can tell how much they care about your experience. The setting is overlooking the water with lush gardens. The Cornish hen was outstanding. There was plenty of attentive staff and the kitchen kept up with the flow.

Drinks are delicious and fairly priced. Food portions are tiny for what you pay, however.
For example, the current top photo on Google for Marshall’s shows a trio of crab cakes on a single plate. Don’t let that fool you. The price on the menu is for a single one. The coconut shrimp is three Regular-sized shrimp, as pictured. I’d honestly rather higher prices for decent portions, but maybe there’s just a culture gap here that I’m not a fan of.
Putting that aside, everything tasted phenomenal. I personally recommend the Italian coffee with Amaretto.
Service was excellent, and I can say with confidence that this was the least neglected I’ve ever felt in a restaurant. Barely 5 minutes would go by without some member of staff coming to check on my table.

The service was excellent. Started with the conch appetizer, and the Surf n Turf was a delicious main course. And if you have an extra $240/oz US in your pocket, then you can have a drink of what Louis XIII liked. Spectacular dining in Frigate Bay.
