Avoid this place! Worst pizza I’ve ever seen. How could someone sell something like this! Walked over 20 minutes for a pizza and when I got back this was my surprise. Definitely not worth the $30, on top of that I left them a tip I’d like a refund!

I found this place 5 years ago and now come every time in Denver. The pizza is this, the perfect mixture of crispy and foldable, and hella tasty. Open late too.

The best thing crust I’ve had outside of NY or Italy. The slices are very generous and delicious. I normally just cheese pizza, but I have tasted some peperoni, sausage, and the mudt have “Pig Destroyer.” It’s co-located with the Marquis concert theater, which makes it the prefect location. Location is walking distance from Coors Field and Union Station (7 minutes)

Great venue for a concert with fair prices for drinks and a very friendly lgbtq-safe atmosphere. They didn’t have vegan food the day we went, but I’ve heard they have a pretty good vegan pizza.

Went to Marquis Pizza for first time. Tried another time but they were closed. They don’t put on website when they are going to be closed. This time the theater was closed but I was only there for the pizza. It is no joke the staff never answer the phone, you have to go in person and hope they are open. I think when the theater is closed, it’s a little easier to find parking but know in advance you may need to drive around block 2x before you find a spot. The front door to pizza place is like a double Dutch door. No matter how cold it is outside (when no show playing at theater) you have to ring a doorbell & then a staff member will open top half of door and take your order while you stand on sidewalk. You will not be allowed to enter. They will tell you when to return. You can sit in your car or stand on sidewalk. Not the safest looking neighborhood. If your pizza is done sooner, they don’t notify you. I got the High on Fire and it was excruciating hot to the point of unpleasant and uneatable. The staff did the bare minimum customer service. The whole experience did not “wow me”. I heard when there is a show going on, you get to enter restaurant if you have a ticket. The restaurant basically caters to the theater customers & inbetween or when no shows, it becomes a pop up pizza restaurant without entry inside.

Big fan of he marquis, always have been. Very small venue but always a personal show because of that. The bar staff is always chill and doesn’t skimp like other venues. Let’s not forget the pizza. The price is worth it. Crispy crust pick your own toppings, big greasy slices

Edit in 2025, 6yrs later:
I came back to CO after 6 yrs and craved Marquis. It’s still amazingly delicious. Too bad the pandemic and rowdy people ruined the way Marquis is serving pizza now as they are only taking orders through a window now instead of having it open but I still love Marquis and will come back again and again. Y’all made my day!

We weren’t there for pizza, we went for music and it was fabulous as always.

Honestly the best pizza in all of Colorado. My only issue is you have to eat it on the sidewalk. But if that is not a concern, it tastes amazing.
