They treat people like shit two mangers are always fighting and yelling and throwing stuff they don’t know how to act at all they over price ur food just to make more money seen a needle in the bathroom once the place is just disgusting! And they wouldn’t give me a refund when I asked for it after they sat their and didn’t use gloves with my food the women their was very nasty touching everything then the food I’ve seen better I’ve loved Hardee’s but this one is the worst!(Reposting bc they took it down )

This staff is friendly time after time, regardless of how busy, way more often than any other fast food place I’ve frequented. Knowing the kind of treatment workers in the fast food industry often get, this staff should be praised for the way worker after worker smiles and shows they care about the customer.

Stop here (Andrew Jackson Way) twice this week at 7:00 PM and the door was locked. Sign shows, Dining Room open until 8:00 PM. I see workers in the facility. If the hours are not correct change the sign else open the door. Hardee’s used to be one of my favorite eating places, probably will not return.

what reason could they have for locking the dining room thru the breakfast shift? thats annoying and the customer service at Hardees is slowly becoming a joke. just shut down and let it go or something if you dont want customers during the literal only like 9 hours you’re open. this is the only fast food in this area and Im pissed I drove over here and won’t do it again.

Food is always good, but the restaurant is consistently understaffed, and one employee told me that no one cares about that, so the wait is very slow. The employees who do choose to come to work are always friendly despite the situation

The employees were so amazing. I am an ambassador for the MDA and the Hartselle Hardee’s. They have raised so much money with the Shamrock program. We are so incredibly grateful for the work they are doing to send kids that live with neuromuscular disease to MDA camp. Tonya and her staff are absolutely amazing in my book.

Experience and atmosphere awful. Managervyelling across store at employees. Several orders were messed up because breakfast menu was the only menu showing at 12 o’clock noon. Manager had family in lobby. She talked to them more than customers. 4 employees working and manager was locking lobby and making it drive thru only because she could not handle the 6-7 customers that are in the store.
