Great place! I like the vibe and ambience. The cocktail vibe is dual edged. It can be classy and you can have a nicer style cocktail, or it can get ratchet and you have a flavored Texas Tea. There tends to only be food trucks sometimes but that’s okay. I do enjoy this place, but sometimes I do have to manage my expectations coming in. The skill level in bartenders varies based on individuals so some nights are better than others.

I’ve only been a handful of times, but everytime I get great service from the bartenders! They really make the already cozy vibe even more homely and relaxing. They make it not just a place to have a drink! I live a little away drive but it’s always worth it!

Fun neighborhood bar with eclectic decor, friendly bartenders, great cocktails, beer on tap, and large TVs to watch a game. Also has dart boards and a pool table. Patio with seating out front. The owner, Al, can tell you about the interesting history of this long-time Houston favorite. You can park on the lots to either side of the bar. Attire is casual. Eclectic mix of clientele…which makes for a fun atmosphere!
