2nd time trying since the grand opening. Probably will not be visiting this location again. The food wasn’t fresh, the green beans in the honey sesame felt like plastic, the noodles have an off taste and the orange chicken is hard, sometimes crunchy – It’s all end pieces. I’d rather drive to Tulsa Hills or 21st street.

I was excited to see panda open near me. I was here 3 times and all time it just feelt off. Smaller portions long wait to get your order up even though there is just one person infront. I guess it need couple of months to get things in order. Hopefully it will be better in a month or two.

The overall layout is nice and the location is new. When we initially entered, there was little to no fried rice. I asked when a fresh batch was going to be available and was told four minutes. I didn’t mind waiting. I ordered a bowl with fried rice and teriyaki chicken. Once the rice was prepared, they had given away the chicken that was left but didn’t tell me. I waited and extra ten minutes unaware. A mild inconvenience yet very annoying.

This location just doesn’t get it. I gave them a few chances because it’s a new location. After three times either not getting the order right or taking an extremely long time I’m done. Hell once they told me they were closed an hour and a half before closing. I think their staff is just not all there. And of course this last order was wrong AND took forever. Maybe they just don’t care about drive thru. Not going back for sure.

Horrible customer service.. went through drive thru but was given the wrong order but didn’t realize till I got home so I drove back to get it fixed. Mistakes happen and it’s not a big deal but wasn’t even offered an apology or really anything for having to drive back to the store so I could get what I ordered. I wouldn’t even be writing this if they had just offered me a sorry or apology

Always out of 1-2 of the rice/noodles, which is crazy considering they only have 3 options. One of which stays ready in the rice cooker. Also waited about 14 minutes in the drive thru today, only for them to get my order wrong. Glad to have a panda, but this one is kinda sucking

Ordered through drive through food seemed fine. Except it was cold and disgusting. Went in to ask for soy sauce and was ignored by staff. Orange chicken was dry and chow mene was raw. Box of food looked as though it was kicked down stairs. Horrible for new restaurant.
