Mark’s In & Out Beefburgers is an original 50’s style drive-in, established in 1954. Mark’s In & Out operates seasonally, mid April through early October. We offer a burger based menu. We use only fresh beef, never frozen, from our neighborhood meat shop, Diamond N Meats. We also have foot long hot dogs, crispy fries, tasty onion rings and soft drinks by Coca-Cola. We carry a variety of Wilcoxson’s Ice Cream flavors (made in Livingston since 1912) shakes, malts, floats, sodas and cones. MARK’S IN & OUT WILL BE CLOSING FOR THE SEASON OCTOBER 1st 2022. Mark’s In & Out will reopen in April 2023 for our 70th season!

Seasonal, retro 1950s eatery offering burgers, chili dogs, ice cream & flavored malts.

Burgers, shakes, and soft-serve at a very affordable price. The battered mushroom was surprisingly good. The chocolate shake was a little too sweet for my taste, but I’m sure any sweet-tooth will love it.

This is a nice little walk up burger joint. The burgers are good and the food comes out hot. They have really good shakes made with local ice cream.

A Nostalgic step back. If you could time travel back in time to the original McDonald’s, In and Out, etc when it was one well oiled machine at the top of their game, I imagine it would taste like Mark’s.

The line was long but moved efficiently and quickly.

The burger was beefy and juicy. Do be aware that these are smaller burgers and patties. Probably a little less than 2 Oz each, so I got a double, on reflection, I could have happily scarfed a sackful….

Hot dog, onion rings, fried mushrooms and milkshakes all good as well.

Don’t let the long line stop you! We waited for 30minutes in 90* heat, the only regret, is not saving room for a chocolate malt! We had the single cheeseburger (would’ve enjoyed more meat), corn dog, tots, and onion rings. Great prices. Picnic tables across the road at a park. Porta potties on site. Misting water from rooftop helps with the heat.

A local spot with a following. Good burgers, crisp onion rings, delicious shakes. Park across the street is where to sit and eat. Would go there again easily.

The food is great but they need to work on their quality control. Ordered 3 different burgers & they got 2 of 3 wrong. So verify what you got before you walk off.

Best burger in a long time. The burgers have that fresh beef grade A flavor. If you know you know. Pork chop sand was excellent, but the burger had me keep going back to it. 1 size fry, and they’re big! Save some room for the satisfying creamy shake.

A friend recommended us to check out Montana’s “In N Out” destroyer. We were happy to do so as we love a good burger.

The place is super cute. I parked in a giant sprinter van, so backing out onto a busy street took a minute when we left.

I ordered a super burger (2x patties) and my girlfriend ordered a regular cheese burger and some fries. I could’ve probably gone with an extra 3rd patty as they are small

The burger isn’t bad, but it did not wow me. Very standard bun, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, sauce, meat. For being made fresh, mine wasn’t warm at all. Seemed to be to me on par with say, Hardee’s/ Carl’s Jr. Flavor was decent, again, no wow factor. This to me seemed like a solid backyard burger with much smaller patties.

The fries are crinkle cut which I don’t mind, but my GF is not a fan. I thought they were rather bland, I ended up adding a healthy chunk of salt to help them out.

Burger is very good. It’s all very cheap, but it’s also small, so maybe better order 2. Service was 4/5 because I ordered without onions and with mayo, they just ignored and served standard.
