EXCELLENT, friendly, funny customer service with delicious breads and drinks! Variety of savory and sweet pastries. This place gets crowded after school, around 3pm. Short to moderate wait time. This location is smaller than the other locations and there is not a lot of seating. The bathrooms are very clean and spacious. The breads I recommend are the Jalapeno Cream Cheese and Potato Croquette (my favorite, they have a deal if you get 2). The drinks I recommend are the Mango Slush and Peach Green Tea w/ lychee jelly as an add-on. I go here very often since this place is right next to my high school. They have a Service Guarantee (if you are not 100% satisfied with the drink, they will happily remake it for you). This one time, my Mango Slush was made incorrectly, and the worker happily remade it for me. During my next visits, they joked with me about the incident.

85 degrees bread is always good. Their bread is usually consistent except for some locations. This one is good, the staff is nice. I came here to try to work and wish this location could be more work/study-friendly. There’s not too much seating and outlets, nor is Wi-Fi available to customers. But the drinks and bread would make great study fuel. There are bread crumbs around the tables too but in reality how much can that be maintained with all the families coming in to buy bread and wait for their drinks?

Stand-out bakery items! So far I have tried 10-12 different items. None have disappointed. If you go late you can expect them to be sold out almost everything. I look at that as a testament to how good 85°C is. If you haven’t tried it, you should.

Super fresh and tasty bakery items. Best part about them is nothing taste overly sweet but just perfect. I like their Egg Tart, Garlic bread bun, cheese tart, coconut tart, hawaiian pizza. Egg tart is my most favourite of all.

Pretty awesome bakery with lots of tasty bun flavors, cakes, and bubble tea. Very clean inside with nice asthetics. Had the Hawaiian BBQ bun which was a delicious savory bun almost like a pizza flatbread with baked bun base instead. The mango mousse cake looked great but only tasted average.

Not sure exactly why but this outlet seems better than the other 85C Bakery Café s. I tried their sea salt coffee which was very flavorful and warming. Baked goods are good but a bit too yeasty and gluttenous. I think the teas and coffees with the Asian flavors and tapioca balls are very good for beverages. Prices are high as compared to other Asian bakeries.
