I ordered the egg rolls and spring rolls for lunch. Went to pick up my order around noon and the restaurant was packed. When I got there, there was no parking in the back. I had to park on the street. But in terms of service and food…service was great. Friendly gal at the cash register. Egg rolls was delicious!!! (Vietnamese egg rolls are the best, IMO.) Spring rolls, while was good, the sauce didn’t do it for me. It was on the sweeter side and the taste of the hoison was subtle. Overall, I’d definitely be back to try more menu items.

Nice mom and pop shop, great Pho! The egg rolls were good, a little greasy with lots of cabbage, but still good. Good service, and fast. Small, but not crowded. Lots of people coming in to pick up to-go orders, it’s very popular. The price point was good. I’d def go back!

Another stop on my pho tour of the metro area. 4/5 pho. Broth was fantastic, not too mild, not too oily. Great stuff. We also tried the hu tieu stew and bún and everything was amazing. The hu tieu was probably the star here. I’ll definitely be back for more!!

Pho was ok but the broth was murky even though it looks clear. Taste was on the sweeter side with a lite hint of beef flavor. Even the steak had a sweet after tone taste. The pickle jalapeño was different adding to the sweetness of the broth. The pork and shrimp wonton is ok.

We went there based on the reviews. The experience was kind of disappointing. It was a struggle to get the attention of the waiter to order food. Food came out pretty fast though, no complaints on that. However, taste is pretty average. There are better pho places in twin cities in my opinion. Price is reasonable. Portion is good.

This place 10/10. I’ve been looking for another Pho in the twin cities and came across this one!!! I knew as soon as I walked in that it would be good just from the smell. I had the shrimp and pork wontons fire!!!! Like I could have ate 2 plates of them!! I also got pho and it was amazing!! The service was great everyone was super nice definitely will be back.

Support Trieu Chau after the kitchen fire. It’s open again and the menu is the same. The restaurant back in the 50’s used to be a truck stop diner. It still has the original booths and the original flooring. The food is always fresh and can’t beat the vermicelli salad #150 no matter how hard you try. The cooks and the waitresses are great too. Small place but big taste of home cooked Vietnamese meals made here fresh.

Today, we visited Trieu Chau Restaurant, and the food was amazing! We ordered the pho, and it was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had—the broth was incredibly flavorful, the noodles were perfectly cooked, and the beef was tender. We also tried the special fried rice and the spring rolls, which were fresh and crispy, paired with a delicious sauce. Everything looked great and tasted even better.
Definitely recommend!
