I’m hesitant to write this because I love how mellow it is as far as crowd goes, but I love this place so much. Live music starting at 5p during the week gives everything an all around great vibe. You can’t go wrong with any of the food (the only places we haven’t eaten at yet is the Mexican and poke spot). Everything at Serbesa is incredible. Get the sliders and sisig for sure. The adobo fried chicken sandwich on milk bread at the Indonesian spot is fire. Then finish anything there off with some mango. Will be taking anyone willing to go with me here to introduce them to this magic.

I recently checked out Market on 8th and was very happy I did. There’s 12 different restaurants to enjoy along with many different vendors offering brews all the way to plants. They have a little bit of everything to offer here. My friends and I ordered samples from as many places as we could and everything was great. I also enjoyed the DJ they had playing great tunes. I’d highly recommend checking this place out!

A wonderful variety of cuisines from several small restaurants all in one shopping area. A real hidden gem.

It is a great concept. Perfect for a group of people who have different food preferences. The pastor tacos were good but not special. I am giving 5 stars to the concept of putting so many decent restaurants and a bar under one roof.

Market on 8th is a beautiful congregation of unique and versatile restaurants, including a coffee shop and bar. The aesthetic is inviting and hip, and there’s plenty of seating around the market area. Some of my favorite spots here are Pizza Kaiju and Weapon Ramen. There’s something for everyone and it’s a both a great date and family spot for food and hangouts.

Amazing experience! 5/5. The food selection and drink selection is amazing. If everyone is craving something different I would highly recommend this place. Very nice and peaceful place as well, highly recommend to bring your date here. I got the Salmon Poke bowl and Catfish Po’ Boy and both were delicious. Kid friendly and high chairs are available with indoor and outdoor seating.

Favorite new food hall in SD. The space is really well done and the vendor perfectly curated. Arrived for an early dinner (5p) and did not encounter any issue with finding a table or parking nearby.

They just recently opened (yesterday 10/18/21) and some restaurants aren’t open yet. The venue is nicely decorated and it has a wide variety of food. Very similar to the food hall in Liberty Station. Centrally located on 8th St in National City. We tried the Mexican, Filipino and Bayou kitchens. All very flavorful with super friendly service. The longest wait was for Smitty’s Taste of the Bayou and it was worth it.

Love the concept. Numerous ethnic food options to choose from. Today we chose the Seafood Basket plate and BBQ Rib plate, from Smitty’s on the Bayou and directly across from Smitty’s is Serbesa, where we ordered Pancit Bihon, Chicken Adobo and Pork Lumpia.
