In what is the food, it is fine, but in what is the drink, it is a little bad exclusive in the café ☕️ , the price of the pequeña te they give you is very high. And I didn’t like this. I hope they will change in the future. Because I will be coming back just to see if they have changed this coffee and the rate.

So me and my wife stopped by today for a quick meal. It ended up being the most frustrating experiences we’ve EVER had.
Staff barely acknowledged us, and it took forever just to get water. When the food finally came, almost an hour later, it was cold and honestly didn’t taste fresh. Mind you, it also almost took another 30 minutes just to get a waitress to take our order.
We tried to be patient, but nobody seemed to care, even after I mentioned my wife wasn’t feeling well. Between the slow service, poor attitude from the staff, and the cold, unremarkable food, it’s just not worth it.
Left hungry and upset. Would only recommend this place if you’re looking to disappoint yourself.

Absolutely TERRIBLE service. The waitresses have a rude attitude and the wait for the food is super long. Waited around 45 for my food. You’re better off getting quick fast service at the nearby Del Rancho restaurant ♀️

i enjoyed coming here before but now .. it’s terrible customer service. They are super rude and disrespectful. They don’t sit you down anymore and gets mad when you have to look over the menu. They ignored us for so long and only took our order and dropped off the food. Never checked on us or anything. Wouldn’t recommend coming at all!!

I consistently order pupusas, which are good. However, the service falls short. My order was incorrect, and refills were not offered. Our waitress exhibited an attitude, indicating a lack of enthusiasm for her work. When requesting a to-go box and bag, the bag was not provided, and I was asked to retrieve it from the back while paying. The atmosphere was mediocre.

The tortilla chips were old, it looked like they were reheated in oil they were soggy, I ordered pan con pollo and the chicken was so hard you will need a steak knife to cut it. After arguing with the waitress and her boss, they decided to give me a chicken from the tamales, so my 5 year old can eat the chicken. I will never come back to this place, bad food, bad service very disappointed.

They take longer than what they tell you to have your order ready. When you order on the phone they always tell you 25 min and my husband and I waited an extra 30 min which means almost one hour to have my order ready and no one comes to the front to take care of the customer that are picking up, we literally waited those extra 30 min without no one knowing we were already there, all employees were in the back I called the phone and no one picked up and then it looked like they disconnected the phone. Such Bad Service Honestly! It was actually the second time this happens, I stopped ordering from them but today I was just really craving them and I thought why not but trust me I’ve learned my lesson. Never going back!
