The guys making our food were absolutely horrible!!! My wife had a chicken sandwich with extra mayo. They put so much mayo on it the patty slid off the bun and then when asked how she was supposed to eat it they laughed!!! The manager did make it right but we will definitely not be returning!!!

I was speaking with Nathan and he was VERY helpful and nice when Ariana RUDELY scolded him by saying ” we don’t just talk at the window. “I was asking him questions about the pricing and sizes. He was being very helpful and did not deserve to be scolded by another worker. People like that make going to work a nightmare. I have managed fastfood before and if I ever heard an employee speaking to another like that for no reason I would be having a stern conversation with them.

The only thing fresh was the fries, the chicken sandwich had no flavor outside of burnt grease and cheap mayo, and the the cheesie tots have this weird texture as if there was sand in them with every bite unless their made fresh. I wouldn’t be so upset if everytime I’ve gone here since covid the fried food has had this significant decline in quality and freshness

Charging 63 cents for a small water only to give me 35 cents back. There are still plenty of Pennie’s out there and if ur not gonna take the cents loss u need to have ur price reflect that rather than steal from ur customers. This is just one example of many issues i have w this bk over the last year. This place has become trash

Shoutout to the staff at Burger King—especially the kind lady at the drive-thru! I made a small mistake with my order, and she was so helpful and understanding when I asked to change it. My son is very picky because he is autistic, and she handled everything with patience and kindness. Thank you for the great service and for making our day a little easier!
