I swear this Taco John’s deserves 10,000 stars if Google would let me. I couldn’t even wait to take my picture before digging in that’s how good it was Everything is always fresh, hot, and exactly what I need after a long day of shoveling snow ❄️
Huge shoutout to Jameson K. in the drive-thru this man has a whole radio-host voice and every single time he comes on the speaker, he’s polite, upbeat, and genuinely enjoyable to interact with. It puts me in a good mood instantly. Great customer service.
The whole team here is consistently awesome. Every employee I’ve ever seen has been friendly, cool, and on top of things. This location just hits different fast, clean, great vibes, and great people.
If you’re in the area, this is hands-down the Taco John’s to stop at.

Continuous disappointment. That’s probably the best way to describe this location.
The taco meat, 9x out of 10 is cold to the touch. I have, when dining in repeatedly returned food for cold meat.
I’ve had tacos served to me, that were returned by another customer on 3 occasions.
The times is has been marginally warm, it is full of meat chunks that are still cold/frozen and inedible.
The oles are typically very soggy, even when fresh. You get through the first 10-12 oles and everything underneath the top is mush.
Service is always friendly and generally really good.
Why do I (we) keep coming back? Because that 1 in 10 chance that we get hot, fresh food… it reminds you of what it COULD be.

Ordered a number 6 combo small and waited 30 minutes and never got my food. Presented my receipt and asked for a refund and left. Not sure if my ticket got pushed out or handed out the drive through on accident but still disappointing. The staff was very friendly at least.

The last 3 times we have gone our tacos are cold when we get home, we live down the street. You guys definitely arent temping the meat or something is broke. We always get a diet mountain dew and a regular too and you never mark the difference. Its just a preference here, liking diet pop. Im really glad its not because im diabetic.

Never had such horrible customer service in my life. When trying to place my order, the guy was mumbling and I could not hear him and had to state twice, politely, I am sorry but I’m having a hard time hearing you. He then proceeds to start shouting my order back at me, so clearly the speaker was working. I confirmed my order, again politely, and he mumbled something about putting the order in. After waiting a minute with no further response I pulled forward. The guy opened the window and proceeded to shout at me that I needed to pull back around because he hadn’t told me to pull forward. Mind you, I am the only customer in line, it’s on a one way, and the whole area is under construction so it would have taken five minutes to “pull back around” and again, I am literally the only person there. I remained polite and said I don’t think your speaker is working very well, I didn’t hear you say to wait or pull forward or anything and he then proceeds to continue yelling, telling me I could hear him fine and I have to listen better. I was floored…I am in the car with my kids and have been nothing but polite even up to this point…I was confused more than anything, like is this really happening? As he continued to mouth off for who only knows what reason, I finally had to just pull away because it was clear he had no interest in taking an order. Crazy.

The food is good, and the $5 online deal is pretty good! My only complaint is that every time I order Diet Mountain Dew, I get normal Mountain Dew. They think I can’t tell, but I can! Haha.
Anyway would recommend.

me and my friends were hanging out on a Friday after not having work and because it was during school hours and i looked young they started yelling at us they were going to call a cops “because we were skipping class” we tried to stand up for are self’s and explain but they were cussing in the back still yelling at us before we all had are food thankfully some old guy stood up for us and they stopped but we got no apology and no refund felt unsafe and did not get all of are food in bag

At our mid-afternoon stop here in Austin, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. One was cleaning in the lobby and working with the ice machine. Lots of smiles. Helpful with questions on the menu. The salsa bar was stocked with great salsa!! Kudos to the management and staff of this Taco John’s location!!!

Our whole order was wrong and we didn’t get any potato olés… $40 worth of food wasted. And because “we dont have a manager”, I wasn’t able to talk to anyone when I called after noticing the order was wrong (already on the road).
