This place was such a good surprise! They’re open until 11, which is perfect if you’re in the casino and get hungry late at night. The food was really tasty, way better than I expected and everything was put together so nicely. Our server was super friendly and made sure we were well taken care of. Definitely recommend if you want a solid meal after hours!

Truffle fries were 10/10. Cod fried fish 7/10. Little shrimps were cheap shrimp and the steak was bland the garlic rice was decent I give that dish 6/10. Great atmosphere and staff and space dust on draft 10/10 for that.

Nice atmosphere. Lots of huge screen tvs. Food was A-MAZING! My drink was just ok. Ordered a lemon drop and it was pretty icy and lacked sugar around the rim. I give grace because I know they had a couple newer trainees working.
Our server was busy but fairly attentive. The appetizer we ordered was the cauliflower and I wish I’d ordered 3 of them because they were so good and not very big to split among 3 or 4 people.
A few of us ordered burgers and some ordered entrees. Burgers looked good and decent size. My plate was a barbecue shrimp kabobs with butter rice pilaf. There was roasted cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, and peppers and onions and shrimp with an herby butter. They gave 3 skewers and was more than plenty of food. So so delicious. I’ll definitely come back.

At 7:30 PM, we were fortunate to secure a table, which was a positive start. However, the atmosphere was underwhelming—nothing particularly special stood out, and the restaurant was uncomfortably cold, making it hard to relax and enjoy the meal.
Ordering was prompt, and we chose the Mushroom Chicken Cutlets and Halibut Fish and Chips. The Mushroom Chicken Cutlets featured braised chicken in a creamy Marsala mushroom sauce, served with linguini pasta and charred asparagus. This dish was a highlight; the chicken, while slightly overcooked, was complemented by a rich and creamy sauce that enhanced its flavor.
On the other hand, the Halibut Fish and Chips were disappointing. The ale-battered fish was overcooked, making it difficult to enjoy, although the hand-cut fries were tasty, albeit not as crispy as one might hope. The accompanying apple jicama salad and tartar sauce did not impress, and the slaw was particularly unappetizing.
Service was another area of concern. Our server disappeared after delivering the food, and we had to track her down for assistance. She did not check in on us or refill our drinks, which detracted from the overall experience.
The meal for two came to over $80, which felt steep given the quality of the food and service. Overall, while Market 253 has potential, it currently falls short in several key areas.

The taste of the food you get is good, the quantity is lacking. $26 for 1/2 dozen very small raw oysters is bad. $24 for a shrimp cocktail with 6 very large shrimp is reasonable, but $33 for 4 small scallops the size of a quarter is ridiculous. The 8-9 oz lobster tail dinner at $69 isn’t bad, but it’s supposed to come with purified butter to dip it in, it didn’t! My wife asked our waitress for some purified butter and she brought her a small bowl with a scoop of cold butter. The waitress never bothered to ask if I’d like a refill on my tea, didn’t even ask us if we’d like dessert, she just brought us the bill for $288 and expected to get a tip? I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone, any other place in the Muckleshoot Casino has got to be better than this place.

Darrell and Karen are two bartenders that have taken care of me and my wife when we have came here and they always take care of us with amazing service and multiple other staff members have taken care of us as well. I’ve been here about 7 times in the last couple months and every time the food and experience has been amazing, the calamari, bread app, fish and chips, wagyu burger, turkey avocado sandwich, truffle fries and desserts are all good items I’d recommend trying!!!

You Are Not Alone
We came as a group on a Tuesday night. Got a table right away. They were understaffed but the waiter did great. Got all our orders correct and our food came out quicker than I thought it would. I got the simply grilled Alaskan halibut which was very good. We also got the clams to share and those were great too. Will come back to try other dishes.

I ordered Buffalo chicken wings with a side of coleslaw for takeout on June 14 2024. The Coleslaw was rotten. I could’ve gotten sick eating this. There has to be better quality control on what food stay and go’s throughout the day. This is unacceptable and should be taken care of immediately.
