I’ve been ordering from this Domino’s for years, both before and after I moved to Texas (I have since moved back). Do they get things wrong occasionally? Of course, all places do. They always make it right if you call, they’re fairly quick, and they’re quite friendly.
But this picture is the reason I’m reviewing them at all. Whatever happened this last time to the pizza, I *loved it*. It’s as if the crust around the outer half of the circle fractured the outer crust like a shell, and got stuck to the bottom of the pizza. After leaving it overnight in the fridge in the box, the extra crunch of these shattered bits is fantastic. I don’t think it was intentional, but I want it to be. I think that if you took the dough, cooked it as a thin crust, shattered it into bits, spread new dough out over top the bits so that they stick to the bottom before cooking it as normal thick crust…you’d get a whole new realm of crunchy thick crust pizza that I believe would be amazing.
Domino’s, whether it be this location or the company higher ups… please take the idea. I beg of you. I think it would be a huge hit. I don’t want money, I just want crunchy thick crust pizza xD

Great pizza, quick delivery. It would have gotten a 5 star but there’s no oregano! This seems to be the case with most dominos and the thin crust nowadays. It’s an option on the thin crusts online and being a former employee I know it calls for it. MAKE OREGANO GREAT AGAIN.

You know, it’s not the fact it took an hr to make our pizza that’s the issue. It’s the fact that when we showed up, rang the drive-up buzzer and then called 10 min after waiting to let them know we were there to PU our pizza, we were told “We’re busy, we’ll get to you when we can”, and no one fulfilled the order. That has a way of rubbing even the most patient and understanding of people the wrong way. If you can’t handle any more orders, just divert customers to other locations, or shut down ordering until staff can catch up. Anything less is unfair to both the overworked(?) staff, and the paying customers.
Can’t rate the food, since we didn’t get it.
Service gets 1 star (as opposed to 0), because Laura said she was refunding the pizza they never gave us.

We ordered 2 large pizzas for delivery and they delivered them to the wrong house then insisted we already had the pizzas when we called to say we never got them.
They finally agreed to remake them if we picked them up but gave us 2 mediums instead of the larges we paid for.

At Dominos they do not wear gloves? Jesus I already paid for my if not I would have left. Nasty I will never ever comes here again iam not sure if it just her or just the dominos rules? The one on Douglas. She’s making them pizza with no gloves on then she goes saying she love pizza but she doesn’t like dominos pizza.

Waited 2 hours for my food to arrive. While I appreciate that they remade it for me, I really couldnt believe i was still charged full price, not even offered a pop. The delivery driver seemed confused as to whether my order was already paid for, and after it was done I got an email saying my order was canceled, which is strange to me. Frustrating experience and overall I wont be ordering here again.

On December 9th around 11 pm I ordered a veggie marinara pasta and a thin crust sliced pizza half extra banana peppers and extra spinach. The lady on the phone was irritated with me but told me she would put extra and give extra napkins. The delivery driver arrives, hands me two boxes. I tip him. Open the box to see 5 pieces of spinach on my pizza… but made sure to add extra banana peppers. Gave me 4 napkins. I touched the pizza and it was already cold. I noticed a piece of meat underneath my cheese after biting into it which ruined my mood bc I explained to the lady I don’t eat meat. I can’t stand workers that act petty to customers. All I want is the toppings that I ask for and pay for.

I ordered it said ready then they tell my son its not and it was a duplicate order there making but the first one is done im like then cancel the other one and he goes in again and they say it ain’t ready I talk to them they say it has to be made again since its been over a hr so I wouldn’t get sick im like excuse me its been 5 min since it said it was ready then you tell me other things ended up leaving with nothing horrible.

Parking is confusing, order was messed up, and had to call to figure out how to pick up a pizza. The second part might be my stupidity, but they really screwed up the cheese on both pizzas I ordered and forgot the crust seasoning. Try a different Dominos.

This pizza was terrible! And the customer service was even worse! The manager(night) informed me that he’d refund my money, & I thought I’d be nice and give them a 2nd chance,, however he said to call back in the next day, and they would replace my food.
I then called back the next day ( and the day manager, lady, was totally rude! She acted like I was lying, even though acknowledged she’d seen my order from the previous eve. Told me I’d have 2 call back , A 3RD TIME!
I requested my $ back and another employee refused that idea, stating that they were only going 2 replace my pizza, awfully terrible experience! I’ll never eat Domino’s again.
