If you like half your meal to be a warm salad, this is the place! The other half pictured here is VERY dry and bland chicken/steak with white rice underneath. Its always a few years in between, I think “why dont I eat there?” Then I am reminded… this box costs $20. For less than $5 worth of real food. Very dissatisfied, hoping by making this review I remember to never go there again.

Melissa didn’t hesitate to have me come down and corrected the issue right away. Very friendly, great customer service.
Food is always good. I love that they have a drive through as well as I am often eating on the run.
She made me a coffee as well. Also very good. I recommend the grasshopper coffee if you like mint.
2nd edit – mixed feelings/review:
You may wonder why I gave an overall rating of 3 stars when I rated the individual things all 5. It is due to my card being ran and charged for $30.01 MORE than it should have been. Though I thought the issue had been fixed and corrected, I still do not have a pending refund of any kind.
If it still shows no pending refund by Monday morning, I will return when they open and attempt again for it to be resolved. I ultimately had to file a dispute with my bank. Not something I wanted to do.

I got the yakisoba chicken & it was bomb. First teriyaki place I’ve had thay grills the chicken like this. Crispy edges & still soft meat. Love their noodles & the flavor was on point. Definitely will be back.

Generous portion of outstanding food. The chicken is superb. Out of this world salad dressing! Stop in for a bowl! Make it a platter if you are super hungry. Definitely coming back! Can’t forget to mention the clean restrooms!

Ordered spicy chicken bowl to go. First off, totally wrong container to use. 2/3 packed with rice, with chicken on top. Virtually impossible to get any rice with a bite of chicken. Sauce was NOT spicy at all, and should have had at least double the amount. Chicken was very dry. Only reason I finished was because I was starving. Even when finished, I was left with way too much plain white rice. (Which could have easily been fixed with a bigger container and more sauce) Very disappointing! If you want truly good teriyaki, go to Lee’s teriyaki right up the street. 100 times better

Delicious! Meat was cooked well and the rice was nice a sticky, no mushiness. The portion size is huge! Definitely a serving for two. Highly recommend giving this location a try!

Convenience of the drive through is the only reason I see to go here, but you pay for it. At 150% the price of other local places only a few blocks away, and half the food the other place serves, KB is just disappointing. My brother and I dont like the taste as much either. The chickes was dry, the rice wasn’t great, and salad was soggy and wilted.
If you are in a hurry and don’t mind paying for the convenience of the drive through, this is decent. Although, my family actively avoids going here and today was a reminder of why. If you have an extra 2 minutes to spare, go a few more blocks into Gladstone, save money, and get twice as much food.

My go to for teriyaki. Good size portions for the price point. Not sure what the salad dressing is but I love it. The grill flavor comes through and the teriyaki sauce is outstanding.
