Literally the worst location for Wingstop. I placed an order online at 9:02 PM for wings. I called right away at 9:03 to get my order Changed or canceled so that I can place another order. As soon as I call, the cashier, put me on hold did not come back to the phone until 911 and then proceeded to tell me that they cannot cancel nor refund my order because they have already made the order. I told him I literally just placed the order and called right away. You literally had me on hold. For eight minutes and I have never heard of food being made in eight minutes anyways. He proceeds to tell me the food is made so they are not refunding me. So I told them I refuse the fool I will not be coming to pick it up and I need a refund reached out to corporate. It has been a week probably a little over a week actually and I still have not even heard from corporate. So they stole my money. I never received my food. Terrible customer service.

My food is always fresh and they’ll add extra seasoning to your fries if needed.
The major downside is the wait time. My food has never been done on time with an online order and dine in is awful because there are too many people sitting around waiting on food.

Let me tell you buddy, I eat hear about once a week or so and every once in awhile it’s not the best but let me tell you the past few times it’s been fantastic, they always do me right, from the ranch the the seasoning on the fries and those delicious Louisiana tenders, I’m hardly ever disappointed keep up the fantastic work yall, looking forward to ordering next week!!!

Always expect a long wait time if you want food between 4:30pm and 6:30pm! I’ve been waiting on a consistent basis now and I am definitely not enjoying it.
I ordered food online at 4:10pm for 4:45pm pickup, got there at 4:45pm, and didn’t get my food until 5:25pm. This 40 minute wait was the longest thus far, and I normally experience 15 or 20 minutes.
When I got there, there were only 5 people already waiting inside (one of them was still waiting when I left). By the time i left, there were around 30 people waiting for their food. I asked for free basket of fries for waiting a long time, I was told they would honor my request, but again waited 7 minutes but never got my fries, so I left.
I get home with cold fries, boneless wings had thin sauce with little flavor, and bone-in wings that were tiny. Another lady at the restaurant received cold fries and waited 5 minutes at counter to get new fries. Other people were also getting frustrated with the very long wait times. A door dash driver had to keep asking for time when his pickup would be ready. He was never given a straight or accurate answer. He was there at least 20 minutes. Now imagine the additional time to deliver already very late food to disgruntled customers hurting the driver’s reputation and negative impact on door dash’s business. Another customer inside was telling the workers she was going to cancel her order if they didn’t get their food soon due to the long wait time, too. You could easily read everyone’s negative body language of being agitated and more people were starting to vocalize their honest frustration when I left.
And when I left, the parking lot was already full and more cars were wanting to enter and park. Can’t park on the side of Hwy 20 with the right lane closed for construction, so traffic could be on the verge of being stopped if customers were not able to start leaving quickly to make space for available parking.
If you want food from this place at dinner time, expect to eat later than you want to. And expect to go home angry and your family angry because of terrible service of getting your food later than promised (and possibly not enjoyable). And then your entire night is ruined.

Place is drity got my online order wrong. People don’t know how to tell time. The dot heads at the front don’t do nothing but boss the people in the back around. All the drinks where out. They said they didn’t have anything. Then y did i pay for 2 drinks. So much oil in my takeout box food was cold.

UPDATE: We order carryout from Wingstop and the food was 30 minutes late. We stood in line for 30 minutes waiting for our food!
Use to love Wingstop but this location has gone down hill a lot in the last few months. Seems like only one person in the whole joint could even understand English. We ordered online and still had to wait 20min, in line to get our food! They seemed very confused. Very disappointed, use to be one of my favorite locations.

Very disappointed in this location. I will not be returning. Went there food was ready when to get the soda’s. machine was down. waited 10 minutes then they said one more minute 10 more minutes later. And they 1 wouldn’t refund me the sodas. Because they were part of a combo . And I do not need a follow up review I will not be returning. This is the kind of service that stops reg repete Customers from returning. And here’s a update the Lemon pepper wings were laying in a puddle of grease.

Why they wait till you arrive to start preparing your food is ridiculous. That’s the whole point of ordering ahead so it’s ready when you arrive.
