The most INCREDIBLE fish tacos I’ve ever had. Heard great things about their ceviche too, and looking forward to trying that the next time!

I was very excited to find this place but unfortunately my order wasn’t great. I’m usually very forgiving but the crab tostada and octopus tostada were not good. The octopus and the “crab,” which was really just sealegs (imitation crab), were flavorless and unseasoned. I would give to this place another try and just get their cooked tacos or ceviche. On a positive note, the staff were friendly, they were generous with portions and condiments and the ambiance is a very LA experience!

Had a three day visit to the area and La Playita came up as best street tacos. The guys hooked me up with some awesome grub! Three of us ate good with a drink for 15 bucks. I’d eat there everyday if I could.

I haven’t been here in a while. But I used to be addicted to this place. It is affordable and so delicious. I have been thinking of going this whole week. Their ceviche cups and home made tostadas are the best. And who can beat their prices! Ok so
I finally went and it’s as yummy as I remember. Prices have gone up but they’re not bad. They take cards now so yay! Their aguas frescas are so refreshing I suggest getting the tamarindo one. Hi here and enjoy. You won’t be disappointed.

Located on a well traveled section of Lincoln Blvd., right near the scene-y Venice Whole Foods, sits a small orange shack serving up delicious and inexpensive shrimp ceviche. At $6 for a small, which is easily enough for one person, you can’t go wrong and won’t go wrong. The plastic cup of ceviche is accompanied by a few fried tortillas and some limes. What good friends they make.

Simply the best fresh Ceviche ever. Get the Shrimp Cocktail! A hidden street food gem – it´s fresh, really cheap, excellent quality. Great service too. Wish I could find something like that here in NYC.

A great Taco Stand.
I’ve never gotten sick in 40 years. And the Carnitas is some of the BEST I’ve had. Just good Mexican food. Great, fresh shrimp tacos too.
