We drove through while visiting some local beaches. The service was amazing! The food fresh and presentable. Not thrown together. The staff spoke clearly and were prompt and the most friendly! We have one in our hometown and it is nothing comparable to this location. Kiddos to the managers these employees seem happy and proud of their workplace a d environment. Cleanest bathroom too!

Visited Taco John’s recently [1/23/2024 at 9:30pm ] and unfortunately, the experience fell short. No greeting upon entry, and the cashier seemed disinterested. Training in customer greetings would enhance the overall atmosphere.
Additionally, our order was mixed up; my husband ordered steak but was charged for chicken. The presentation and taste of the chicken tacos were disappointing, as seen in the photos. The Chipotle and ranch flavors were indistinguishable due to poorly applied sauce.
On a positive note, the chips, nachos, and fountain drink were enjoyable. Although the dining area was clean, improvement is needed in customer service and food presentation.

I don’t understand how there is virtually no one eating here. The food is delicious and the portion size justifies the pricing.
The staff is amazing but to see an empty restaurant at a prime time is very disappointing.

Had the two breakfast burrito jr’s, potato oles and orange juice. The food was prepared fine, I just don’t have a taste for it (very saucy, one note flavors). The service was slower through the drive thru, assuming due to new training. Need to try lunch. 3/5⭐

I finally made my way into Taco John’s to eat. When I entered the restaurant, it was completely empty. I stood waiting to be helped for nearly ten minutes. I almost walked back to my vehicle to attempt the drive-thru. Wasn’t until I was literally on my way out that someone finally came from the back and asked for my order. Took another five minutes to make two burritos. The food was great, service needs help!

I went to Taco Johns and ordered a Boss burrito. wound up having a piece of plastic in it. So i emailed customer relations and this is what i got back. i wasn’t looking for money back, which is appreciated, but i will not go back. 1st time and last time there. they failed on 1st impressions. Their response just sounds like a total generic which is disappointing and not how you win customers over. On a side note: the potatoes were delicious!!!

Stopped at Taco John’s for a quick bite of lunch ordered tacos with tomato on it as you can see by the receipt that was photographed I circled the tomatoes that I was charged 15 cents for and never received as you can see by the photos of the two tacos that were taken afterwards don’t know if I will come back to Taco John’s i dont take lightly the fact that I was charged for something and didn’t get it one bad experience is all it takes

Waited in drive up for 10 minutes and only person in line. We couldn’t hear him. Got a 6 pack of tacos and plain nachos and he didn’t put the chips in the bag. No cheese, this is an absolute rip off! This place won’t last if you want 16.00 for this!That was the first and last time we will be going there.
