We had our server Jesus and he was delightful!! He was on time and took care of us the entire time! We loved his energy and how caring he was!! Maribel helped us out when we first arrived and she took well care of us as well. She was super attentive and we saw her working hard the entire time!! This place was awesome and cheap!! I ordered today 11/05/2025 and order of shrimp tacos to go and 3 tacos had 3 small shrimps 1 taco has 4 shrimps. If you order to go made employee show the tacos. I took photo and no way to add with review. I ordered fish ta os and barely has cabbage and carrot on it.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at El Rey. From the moment we sat down, we were impressed by the energy and the quality of the food and drinks.
The star of the show was undoubtedly the Aguachiles Bandera. The plate was incredibly fresh and vibrant, living up to its name with the perfect balance of green, white, and red ingredients. It packed a seriously spicy punch (which we loved!) and was perfectly prepared—a truly delicious dish that showcased how fresh the seafood is here.
To complement the heat, the drinks were spot on. The micheladas were perfectly seasoned and refreshing, and the cantaritos were bright and flavorful. Everything was served quickly and cold.
What truly elevated our visit was the incredible service provided by our server, Jesus. He was attentive, friendly, and ensured we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Exceptional service like that always makes a great dining experience even better.
