As soon as I walked in, I got great customer service and they attended me right away. The dishes were really good and well served. They have a reasonable price and the place is really clean and the bathrooms are fantastic. The place is very kid friendly and they make you feel welcomed.

They have the best empanadas de camarón (shrimp empanadas) I’ve ever had. I don’t generally enjoy seafood, however they make it in a way I’ve never had. The service is wonderful and they often host musicians creating a wonderful lively environment. My family and I have gone countless times, and they never fail to reach and exceed our needs and wants. I highly recommend them if you’re not sure what you want or just looking for something new. (They also have a kids menu for anyone younger who may not want to try seafood)

I admit I was quick to judge when I walked in the place – it was my idea to try the modest house looking place in a industrial area of Elkhart who claimed they had the best seafood in town – but the place was nearly empty, even for a Wednesday at 6:30 pm we were one of two or three tables that had people and when the waitress wanted to seat us right next (nearly on top of) the 6 top with kids and when we pointed at another table she said that she didn’t want to seat 2 at a table for 6 because they might need it for a party of 6 – I admit I rolled my eyes at the silly excuse – obviously there were plenty of tables. Once we were seated – we tried to order ice tea which they did not have – water was our second choice but had to specify tap instead of bottled. I was a tad nervous how fresh the fish was – which the majority of the menu after seeing how empty the place was. Once we ordered – just one meal to share – the waitress brought the complimentary corn tostadas/ crackers and ceviche with limes and hot sauces – I started to eat my words and fears as I ate the appetizer- the ceviche was fantastic! And as we sat there having our meal the place started to fill up. The steak fajitas that we ordered were terrific. I feel like I will have to try this place again, giving it more of chance to impress me with their seafood dishes. I will revise my 3 star review once I can get out of my own way to enjoy the experience that they offer. Which I must say is an unusual experience for Elkhart.
