Out on one of our weekend day trips, we drove from Pittsburgh to Mannington WV and ended up at Mario’s for a late lunch. We were the only diners there. I had one of the specials, the kielbasa grill with cabbage and potatoes. Tasty and reminded me of my late Eastern European Grandma’s cooking. My wife had a medium-rare cheese burger with raw onion, which was very good. It came with some of the best French fries we’ve ever had and we both had the creamy and savory Cole slaw. The staff were very friendly and did a great job preparing the fare. We’ll be back.

Food is good and price is great. Took an hour and a half to get a pick up order while 3 to 4 of the workers stood outside and smoked. Waitress was very busy and helpful, even though she had no help. Didn’t get our entire order! Will not be going back.

I love their pizza when they make it right… They tell you to give them 30 minutes wait about 1 hour and 10 minutes before you show up and you might only have to wait 5 minutes. They are severely understaffed and you can tell. Everytime i go in they all look so downtrodden and complain about never getting breaks.

They do NOT answer their phone very often. I called like 10 times to no avail and gave up. It is not a busy area. There is absolutely no excuse. Very disappointed. Update… When they did answer, they were closed early. Don’t know why. Probably won’t call them anymore or go there. There’s better Pizza in Fairmont anyway.

It was the worst pizza I’ve ever had! It was cold and very hard like it was a reheated pizza. My dog ended up eating it! I called them and they were rude! I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN AND DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!

Good Food! Friendly people! Service was good as well. I had the Anti Pasta salad and Garlic wings. Their bone in wings are quite large and a good value.

If I had the option for a 0 that’s what id give this dive…we just waited over an hour for delivery, and the pizza was nothing but about a mm of raw dough with a teeny tiny crust that was hard as a rock…and when I called to tell them, the lady who took my complaint was a witch and said they’d give us another one but they wanted the old one back…really??? their regular food is terrible and now their pizza is disgusting…Big Mommas will get all our business from now on!!!

We were in town visiting a friend and decided to go to Mario’s on Saturday October 1st around 7pm to get some dinner. I can honestly say that I’d never go back. The waitress(who was the only waitress in the restaurant) was not polite by any means and treated us as if we were an inconvenience. I am a server, so I get that sometimes you are ready to go, but a smile and light conversation goes a long way! Anyways, we ordered our food together, but it all came out at different times. The time difference being close to 10 minutes by the time we were able to get the last persons meal. Everything should have been served at once, once everything was finished being made. The waitress brought me out some other tables meal! By the time she realized the food had been sitting in front of me for over 3 minutes, she then continued to take the plate off of our table and place it IN FRONT OF THE MAN SITTING BEHIND US. Working in a restaurant this is by far the most disgusting thing i have ever seen. I would not want food served to me that sat in front of someone else getting cold. She did not bring us additional plates or silverware even after I told her my daughter and I would be sharing my meal. The last thing that completely appalled me, my friend asked for a refill, but instead of coke she asked for water. The waitress took the coke glass that was still 1/3 full and just filled it the rest of the way with water. She didn’t even have the decency to get her a new glass! At that point I was so disgusted I couldn’t even eat my meal. We asked for to go boxes and left. It was a really cute place, the food was okay and I wouldn’t mind eating there again, but I wont because I wouldn’t risk getting that kind of service twice. Please let your server know so she can learn from this experience and improve. She lives off of tips and Id hate for her to get stiffed because of mistakes like these.
