Food was very good! I had the cheese ravioli, hubs had the lasagna and kids split a large pizza. Everything tastes great! Mine and hubs food tasted homemade and both sauces (meat sauce and romanella) had great flavor! Would definitely recommend!

Lidia-great waitress!!! 1st time here with a group for friends. Had a great experience drinks and refills without asking, orders taken and salads arrived shortly after. The meals were brought out and everything looked good. Food was flavored nicely and tasted good.

Spaghetti and lasagna were good but nothing extraordinary, we expected better from an Italian restaurant. Pizza was exactly the way we like it; thin crust, plenty of rich sauce and loaded with toppings, 10/10. Salads just okay, just iceberg, croutons and cheese. The creamy Italian dressing was tasteless. Waitress was good considering she was both bussing and waiting tables. I would definitely return for the pizza or maybe drinks. Atmosphere is pleasant and spacious.

We order from here somewhat frequently due to it being close to home. Almost every time we order something is wrong.
This last time, we asked for two orders of wings – one traditional and one boneless. I even clarified the order before I hung up to make sure it is correct. When we got home we received two orders of traditional wings. I called and whomever I was passed to made it seem that I was an inconvenience – asking what ‘exactly’ I wanted. After clarifying I wanted my correct order of boneless. They remade the wings and we picked them up. Silly me didn’t check to make sure they were boneless the second go round. Needless to say when I called back to tell them I have received traditional wings for the second time I was given many excuses and “they even looked like boneless when we cooked them”.
I have attached a picture of our second order of “boneless” wings…. we won’t be back.

Food was good. I had the seafood lasagna with Alfredo sauce. My wife had the seafood ravioli with red sausc. My disappointment was the waitress bringing the receipt before we were done eating and saying to pay up front. Did not ask if we would like anything else. It was my birthday and was planning on trying the cheesecake, but changed my mind. Probably will not patronize Mario’s anymore.

I was at Mario’s yesterday with my old boss from Springfield ((Chatham location)) and my granddaughter. I took my granddaughter to use the bathroom which was gross and when we came back, she was standing in the booth. I happen to turn around and I saw a crockroach getting ready to crawl on her arm. The crockroach was on the back of the booth just walking along (which was a baby roach, and crawl to the back of the booth. I won’t be back and definitely won’t recommend. We already paid, the girls did offer a refund, but we denied a refund because I wanted to get out of there. I did let the girls know in the front about the issues.

First of all we order from Mario’s in Chatham at least once a week. This time around our food was not worth the 74.00 cost . Our side salads had brown lettuce and tasted old . We ordered a large pizza with many extra toppings. One was suppose to be extra cheese , no extra cheese . I had a side of grilled broccoli and two extra sides of broccoli which was put in one small container ( not sure why ) had way to much seasoning on it and not able to eat with amount of salt they added. Very disappointed! Would like to say the young staff at the drive up are always pleasant .
