McDonald’s. Quick cheap food. The service was very impressive, usually at most McDonald’s their a non caring bunch. Brought my food to the table and was very pleasant. The atmosphere, well, is a cookie cutter McDonald’s. No atmosphere, just a chow hall to get you in and out. This location did have a play place for kids, most places are getting away from this the play area for kids for some reason. Lots of families eating while their kids work off their boundless energy.

Probably the worst experience I’ve had in a drive thru of all places for fast food. I don’t come here to receive attitude by the short haired brunette girl just because I forgot to tell her my drink, also don’t come here to have my lid full of my drink with the lid not on all the way and leaking from the sides and spilling on my hand when it was handed to me. Yikes can’t believe this behavior is acceptable. Also fries were tasted raw they were so cold as if they were in the fridge and soggy

Since McDonals SSI ch to have self service Kiosk and eliminate front counter register to one register service went down . Crew can pass by on you and no body cares if you stand for some one to help you ( to get napkins, or package of ketchup or refill . ) no including thy hide the pop machine on the back and if you seat on your table and decide get re fill you get lucky if you get service right away cause the crew members busy on drive thru window other fill up the order and put it on back for drive true. Management meet to evaluate this new mode cause instead improve customer service experience they basically let that point of the equation . If I don’t have to stop here I won’t stop bad experience .

Third time ive done mobile app order for my work meeting 20 minutes in advance to make sure there’s enough time and each time they say “I don’t see your order, oh there it is.” Then I end up waiting for 20 minutes for my order while all the cars behind me get their food. Please fix this issue. Always nice staff though.

I can hear with my sisters and our children. We ahead placed a big order and kept our receipt. We had told the workers that we were missing 4 hamburgers and instead of understanding she started arguing. She got defensive and said we weee just trying to get free food. I do not know where she was raised but just because someone says they are missing food does not mean we are just looking for free food. Then her coworker said we don’t have any more food to give you. We paid for the food all we expected was to receive it. Not to have an employee get combative with us. When I asked for a manager she said she is the manager. When I asked for someone else to speak to she ignored us. Please view the surveillance as instead of assisting us we were being treated as if we were thefts.

I spent 40 minutes in line just to order, (understandable as they were very busy.) Then I spent another 20 minutes to get my order (once again they were very busy. ) However when I had to let them know that there was NO ONE at the 1st window to take the money and they didn’t even have my order in and ready. I started to get a little bit upset. But when I finally paid for and received my order, it was wrong. Wrong size drink, and absolutely COLD fries. The sandwich was good but after over an hour to get my food and they still got it wrong AND cold. This was the worst experience I have ever had, in any fast food place.

Ordered a 10 piece meal n a kids meal. 10 piece missing its fries and straws. Without a vehicle. Orders fries, another happy meal, cookies, n milk. Food finally arrives, kid is happy. Missing the cookies. Actually insanity. Every doordash order from this location I’ve recieved is missing at least one item.

I wish there was an option to not put any stars at all. The service was terrible and the guy on the back window was high im pretty sure. He couldn’t count the change and told the front window that we used a card? Mcdonalds needs to hire individuals who can actually do their jobs and know basic addition and subtraction.

I ordered through the drive thru. They had me pull up to the parking station and totally forgot about me. I was there for 20 mins and I had a simple order. About 2 dollar menu items and I must have seen at least 20 cars get their food and clear out. I saw a huge wave of vehicles get their food and leave. There is no way I couldn’t have gotten my food before all those other cars that got their food. I had to back up because at this point the drive thru cleared up. It was empty and had to ask for my food. I got it two mins after that. The last cashier was helpful. So thank you. But It seemed so weird almost intentional for no reason. The “Manager” disappeared and didnt show her face when I asked for one. Very unprofessional and a weird attitude as a manager to pawn it off to their subordinate.

Everytime I do a only order they never get my order right I order a 6pc nuggets with a fries and a drink and sauces I got a 10pc nugget and my drink… no sauce no fries this place is going down hill at this point and honestly I don’t think ill ordering from this place again… also no straws…..
