So I ordered some breakfast through doordash, and when I pulled my food out the pancake plate was not fully closed making the food cold by the time it got to me and one of the pancakes is all broken. It would have been nice if they could have at least ensured to have closed the pancake plate all the way so I can have hot food, nobody likes cold pancakes.

It has been taking longer than average for someone to take my order lately. One lane seems consistent with order taking, but the other has taken a couple of minutes or more to even acknowledge me more than once recently. They should at least acknowledge people and let them know they need a minute or two or close one lane if they don’t have someone available to man that line.

Our order was wrong but that wasn’t that big of a deal. When I went inside to get it corrected the on duty manager Winston was so rude to not only me but also to an older woman who’s order was wrong too. He made her feel so uncomfortable and was belittling.

Best experience I have had at any fast food restaurant! Rayne was the manager on shift and was the one to assist us on ordering. After we ordered she was quick to jump in and help her crew! The way she delegates is spectacular! I hope this is seen and acknowledged because I wish that was my experience everywhere I went. This girl deserves some recognition.

The new peanut butter mcflurry is a bust in my opinion. Of course McDonald’s new way of doing things. There is no customer service. There is no counter help and they don’t even bring the food to your table. If you put it in tableservice it just sits up there and gets cold until you realize that they’re not gonna bring it out good food and it’s decent price or fair so you get what you get and you don’t throw a fit.

I have never gotten good service here but today was the one experience that makes me not ever come here again. I ordered the new Oreo frappe and when I pulled up in the drive thru that asked me what size I ordered and I said a large. They then asked me to pull forward to the window that is for customers that food is a little late. I wasn’t upset and I pulled forward…a couple of minutes later, the lady I told that I ordered a large brought me a small Oreo frappe when I just told her a large. I got upset and turned back around and still the customer service was horrible! Didn’t apologize or even say thank you…nothing except when I went to give them the wrong order the guy puts his hands in the air and says “Nope, I can’t take that!” I was expecting him to take it or say that I can keep it and not worry about it. I just do not understand customer service anymore. I would never had acted like that with a customer even when I was that age. We need to get our manners and customer service back the way it use to be.

I like McDonald’s just like everyone else who goes there and I’ll still go but not at this location, I went there and the kids working are more worried about talking to eachother and closing the windows on your face then actually help you out.. they always put people in parking spots to wait when it’s not to busy and get your food cold half the time.. the McDonald’s on 3500 south and 8400 west has amazing service and doesn’t keep you waiting and will answer any questions you have
