Food is excellent, service is poor. Jen, the bartender doesn’t pay attention to customer needs, she is too busy socializing with her friends and relatives and therefore service suffers. She is very rough when serving customers she just about throws your drinks , food and plates at you.

The pastor was really really good. It was the best I think it might be the best I’ve ever had. I got the pasta teriyaki Alfredo and it was really really good. The cappuccino was really really good too and the risotto balls were really good too. It was really good. I think people should try it if they never been there before.

I had an outstanding experience at Mario’s! I had never been there before but took a chance for a birthday dinner one oh, so happy I did! We chose to dinner at the large, beautiful bar where Todd have us exceptional service, preparing drinks off the menu when requested. He guided is in our dinner choices as well. My dining partner has the chicken francais; I enjoyed the Chicken Napoli which was a flavor explosion in my mouth! My biggest concern is that it was so good I will have a hard time ordering anything else when I return (which will happen again and again and again)! This place is highly recommended…based on my experience you won’t be disappointed!!!

Love this place ! The original Mario’s in the 80’s snd 90’s on State St in Springfield was one of our favorites ever and was so excited to see it reincarnated in East Longmeadow a few years back. It’s taken time to get it right but the food, friendly service and ambience is perfect. It’s full of regulars at the bar , which we love because it’s friendly , you can hear yourself talk , great live music 3 nights a week, Keno, just a fun time. And the dining room is very romantic .For sure our go to place !

Took over an hour for food. Honestly maybe longer. When one of the people at my table complained you managers husband told him he was a F–king as-hole. I guess he was saying he was yelling at his wife. No one yelled.. but it did take a long time. Salads came out first, then apps and dinner together.. not a good experience

Great atmosphere. Had linguini and clam that wasn’t even on the menu. Almost had my shrimp scampi that was on the menu but they said they would make it for me so I gave them a shot. It was excellent! Received 2 meals out of it as it was appx. a half of pound of linguini. Wine menu exceptional, appetizer-wanted a second. And dessert… large cream puff filled with ice cream, strawberries and chocolate sauce … Really! Spent 90 with tip but well worth it. Dinner prices were 16 to 23 which is finely priced for the portions. Try it once and you will return.
