Frank at the Marketplace Circle location is amazing! We lost our receipt so I’m not able to do a review through the restaurant directly, but I wanted to leave a review here. We had originally placed our order with Dominos (never again), but they messed up our order the morning of the event and refused to fix it! I called Papa John’s in a panic and Frank was so kind and helpful. He provided 17 pizzas for us, found a coupon, and helped us load the pizzas when we came to pick them up. He went above and beyond to help me when he didn’t have to. Papa Johns is now our #1 to-go pizza preference! Thank you Frank!

Placed a pickup order in the app, traffic held us up and we arrived an hour later than scheduled. No big deal, we’ll reheat the pizza. Kind young lady (I assume a manager) chased us down and offered to remake the order for free. She cared enough about her customer service to offer, even though it was totally our fault. She couldn’t have known that the pizza was meant for a family dealing with a recent cancer diagnosis – the fresh hot meal was a simple but appreciated comfort in a tough situation. Major kudos to this store and we will be back.

Tried the new NY style meat lovers pizza and it was ok, just seemed like exactly the same ol Papa John’s Pizza but when they prepped the dough they cut off a few ounces so it was just a little thinner overall with the crust, nothing different besides they charge more calling it NY style but cutoff some dough….I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS NEW PIZZA LOL… Came with one pepperchini and at least it was good sized and fresh…. Wasn’t a ton of meat and what was on this pizza besides pepperoni was just chunks of whatever else meats they threw on

Hands down the newer Papa John’s(beside UPS)is the best one. After ordering & eating from the Papa John’s I can never go back to ordering from the one over by Walmart. The staff is really friendly and attentive. The inside is always clean and customer welcoming.
