I always love eating at Maria’s. Today I had the number three combo plate. The presentation and ingredients of the meal were of the same size portions as they were fifteen years ago. Being an authentic Mexican Restaurant with the Marine Corp motif. Prices have come up a tad, as all restaurants have but the eating experience is exactly as it always has been. You better be hungry if you eat at Maria’s because the portions on the combo plates are large.

Oh my goodness!! This place is amazing, when you can catch it open. Best tortillas I’ve had in a long time!! Chili verde was amazing!! Tamales are amazing!! Everything was delicious!! Highly recommend!! Maria also has a food truck that sells awesome breakfast burritos!!

Very unhappy to say this place was awful. Guacamole tasted and looked old, cheese sauce very little flavor. Salsa was ok, but I don’t think the chips are made by the restaurant. My order was wrong, and not good. I feel bad writing this because I’m a nice person, but 10 minutes after we left, I had bad diarrhea. The reason for the 2 stars was because they are nice people, otherwise I would have rated 0.

Maria’s is the only place to go for Mexican food in Ottawa. So good!!!!!!!! You feel like family there. I love all the family pics on the walls and the open kitchen. You won’t be disappointed. Maria’s is the best mexican food in the state. Service is always friendly. Atmosphere is awesome. You feel at home here. The food is sooooooo good. My favorite place in Ottawa. Every single item on the menu is excellent. Breakfast and lunch burritos for sale in the Brandywine parking lot, the BEST!

Crappy. Food was very bland, no flavor at all.. Almost no effort put into cooking and preparing the food, tasted as though the ingredients came from Dollar General. Neat decor and nice place to sit and eat though..
