This is a great place to get some great Mexican food the service was quick and the food was great, I would certainly eat here again if in the area and looking for some Taco . The carne asada had great flavor and the wife liked her Belleville taquitos the chips and salsa were pretty good also. My soda was a bit off on flavor but the sprite was good. All in all I would say you are likely to be impressed with this place.

Excellent food! We were seated immediately and got chips and salsa quick. The chip were warm and yummy. Had a big family of five, food came out hot and delicious. Was there in between lunch and dinner. Our server was funny and quick to take our order.

Went in for lunch and was really impressed with the long black hair sticking out of my taco so much so that I told the waiter I’m all good and not hungry anymore. The Cross eyed waiter went to the back and laughed with his co-workers. If youre having a hard time dieting and want hairy tacos this is the spot to go to. I was also charged for what I declined to eat. No Bueno !!!

Used to be good but the last time we went the margaritas were very watered down. The food was also just okay. The staff were good but I would not go back again based on the food and drinks. El Indio is right around the corner and they are consistently good.

Just moved to New Baden, and tried this place 3 times. The first time it was very busy in there and the service was adequate. The second time it took 20min to get our order, though the food was good. I asked for extra cheese and did not get extra cheese, ended up having to order a side of cheese. That time it took 30 plus minutes to get our check and that’s because I didn’t start timing it until we we noticed we had already been waiting awhile. I felt bad and thought the older lady was not ok so this was the reason it took forever. Plus not to mention we were the only one in the whole restaurant eating. So week later we decided to give another shot, we go in today and we sit immediately and get chips and our drink order in right away. After waiting a few minutes I started timing again and after Ten minutes later we still had no drinks and had not ordered. The lady left picking up her To go order so we thought oh ok she’ll get our drinks now. So we noticed she walked to the bar side thinking she was making our drinks. And then I noticed after a bit she wasn’t at the soda dispenser so I walked over to see what was going on and I looked and she was standing in the corner looking like, hopefully, tucking in her shirt. If she wasn’t I don’t want to know what she was doing. That’s when went back to my table and said we are leaving. I don’t know what is wrong with this older lady or how this place stays in service. And we won’t be back but that’s a shame because the food was great when we did get it. Go down the road to el Indio if you need quicker service.

I have been coming here for five years and the food and service had always been great. But these last six months the service has tanked. Takes forever to have your order taken. Drink refills are hit and miss. I really hope the owners see this review and take it serious because the food is very good.
