Wonderful service, our server was very quick and easy to talk to. The music is extremely loud even in the bathroom. Our chicken was overpowering with pepper spice.

I am really disappointed I paid for a margarita factory pizza never realized in the moment but I got home to realize I paid for birria meat on it and it wasnt on it at all ( I dug) and asked for no black bean and they put it on. They gave me half off for the black beans because for their mess up they told me I had to wait 20- 30 minutes for another, so i agreed on half off. Now that I realized I didn’t get birria like I was offered either carne asada or birria and to just get vegetarian I should have been compensated fully. Messing up to main ingredients is vile and I cant imagine how many plates they messed up. This is not professional service. We had to chase our waiters down half of the night after another big party came. They dont looked well staffed.We had a better time at the location in Tigard and everything was amazing and accurate. If I were to ever go back to try again I Would want a free pizza if not never again lol . Ichecked in between the tortilla and it was just cheese and black beans smeared on like it was marinara sauce. No meat on top..

Service has really went downhill in the last year. Not sure if it was a management change. Had to ask for our drinks after we had to ask one of 3 waitresses walking by for chips. Then after about 15 minutes someone came back to ask if we had been help yet. Since we still did t have chips or drinks. Not sure if we will be back. I use to Love this place. Food was good but not top notch as I would expect from this atmosphere.

Please is great, host were amazing and always checking in at the perfect time. They were sweet and courtesy. Place was neat and clean. Did a reservation ahead of time, waiting was about 20 minutes but worth the wait.

Great margaritas, good food and good service. Food came out very quickly which comes in handy with kids . Margaritas are good and not too sweet. Food is great and the kids meals are great!! Isaias was great and let my kids practice a little Spanish. Always a win for all!!

This place is amazing! Not only is the food super delicious and honestly, the best fajitas in all of Portland, but also they have the most amazing Staff! I really have to call out and thank Quentin so much! He really helped me with my order and set us on the right direction and I can’t thank him enough for the wonderful advice as well as awesome customer service! If anyone at the margarita factory in Beaverton is reading this please give Quentin a nice big bonus because he is an amazing person!!!

A beautiful, clean restaurant. Wonderful service from our waiter, Isaias, who provided great recommendations for our meal. Food was delicious, hot and served beautifully. Lives the Yucatán Chopped Salad and the Beef Flautas. Delicious churros for dessert. We’ll be back!
