Great service and great pizza! I have called in orders twice and both times have had great customer service and great pizza! The crust is always perfectly cooked, they dont skimp on the cheese, and the toppings are cooked nicely!!! I have never been dissapointed with their pizza and will definitely order again and again!

Stopped here on the way to a families house and decided to grab some pizza. Was greeted as soon as I walked in which is great because it made me feel welcomed. The pizzas came out hot and fresh, loved the Pepperoni Magnifico! First time trying the fiery bread, was so amazing!!!

Usually Marcos has great pizza but I got served slop today. This is the “pepperoni magnifico”. I’ve seen more pepperoni on a frozen pizza. Or Little Caesars. I sure hope it was someone new. Should have checked before leaving.

Jacob the manager would not reward or refund from a previous innocent. It was like a 64.00 messed up order late everything a disaster. Called said no problem. So next time I call it was a problem he denied what was. Previous honored to us.weve been 6 yr customers. I guess no longer very disappointed in their service and empty promises. Never again. Jacob, Coporate will be gethearing from us for sure. Not happy with your service at all.

Normally we love Marcos so I’m hesitant to leave this review, but tonight was just.. so different.
We walked in and ordered an XL pepperoni. Just putting in the order took three times as long as usual and the employee had to go ask for help on how to do it. Maybe he was new? But this seemed so basic of a request.
The little waiting area was *full* of people, well, waiting.
We were told it would be ready in about 20 minutes. 50 minutes later we got the pizza and drove the 25 minute drive home. Opened up the pizza box to discover it was the wrong pizza.
I called and they refunded my money but to now be figuring out food for my kids when they were so excited.. that was just an all-around bummer.
I’m typing this while hungry and tired so maybe that impacts it.
Normally 5/5 stars and we LOVE all the Marcos we’ve been to! I’m sharing this as feedback in case it’s helpful for making changes. We won’t be going back to this Provo location.
My son adds:
“We would only be going back to this location for shopping at other nearby places.”
“How about we do go back there but if we see those employees there, we shouldn’t order?”

Ok regular stupid aside. They have the best GF pizza I’ve ever had. Baked through the same oven as all others but still the best.
